Amazing
JJihn HKersThe hostel is located in the West side of the Toronto City, about 30 minutes from Union Station and 5 minutes walk from the nearest TTC station, which I considered as pretty convenient for traveler without cars. Also the host is very helpful and they will try to resolve the issue for me if I found any problem with the facilities inside the hostel. The host can be commuicated in English and Mardarin, can call them if you have any needs.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite spacious and boasts an excellent, central location. It's just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, and the surrounding area felt very safe and pleasant. It was incredibly clean – I mean, every corner of both the rooms and public areas was spotless. We booked a twin room, which was very large and even featured a comfortable sofa. Downstairs, there's a cafe with extensive operating hours, which also serves breakfast. Breakfast is à la carte, offering a good variety of delicious options. I added a child's breakfast for less than $9, and juice and fruit are usually included. This was easily the best breakfast we had throughout our entire trip! The service was fantastic; every staff member was cheerful and welcoming. A huge plus was the complimentary laundry room, and you could even get free laundry detergent from the front desk. This feature really stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at. Having stayed at several hotels during our Canada trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

GGuest UserWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning. The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later. While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit. Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room. Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's breakfast area offers hot beverages all day, a signature feature of the Wingate by Wyndham. It's a great spot to work in the evenings, much better than being cooped up in the room. The staff are enthusiastic, and room cleaning is very diligent. They also offer free luggage storage. The only downsides are the monotonous breakfast and the noisy, aging heater in the room.

1118126****The location is good, in North York near the highway. The hotel is relatively clean, but the mattress is uncomfortable; it feels like the springs have collapsed. The breakfast is so-so, just a typical continental breakfast.

LLaisipaermeiduokexuhuangThe breakfast alone and the luggage storage service made this stay worthwhile, effectively making the accommodation and showers free. Plus, you can use the kitchen and other facilities. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended. To get to Niagara Falls, you can take Flixbus. Once you reach the final stop, hop on the WEGO bus to Niagara Falls. The ride to the falls itself is free. It's about a 3km walk if you prefer. The park around the falls doesn't require an entrance fee, and if you're not doing any additional attractions, you can see everything in about 2 hours.

GGuest UserI had a very comfortable stay at Town Inn Suites Hotel, located at 620 Church Street. The location is fantastic — right by Yonge-Bloor and steps from Church and Wellesley, the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Pride neighbourhood. It’s a lively area with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and easy subway access, making it a great base for exploring the city. The suites are very generously sized, which really stood out. They feel more like full apartments than typical hotel rooms and are fully equipped with everything you’d need for either a short or extended stay. They also recently renovated the apartments to make them a bit more modern and fresh. This makes it especially great for families who want space to spread out and feel comfortable rather than confined to a standard hotel room. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A couple of small notes: the driveway is a bit narrow, so it can be tricky navigating in and out, particularly if cars are stalled or waiting at the entrance. Also, while each unit appears to have a balcony, there is no access to them — likely for safety reasons. There is a gym in the building, but I was told it is reserved for residents only and not available to hotel guests. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a spacious, well-located stay in downtown Toronto with a welcoming atmosphere.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is good. Walking all day, everything is available. But the area itself, though in the center, but washing/cleaning and cleaning the yards of the area is just necessary. The rouble for the el/energy was turned off in the room 3 times in a row. It was nice to offer to change the room.. I haven't eaten or drank in the hotel. Therefore, there's no food review. A bottle of water in the room. All the numbers that are in the basement - there is a very smell of moisture and mould. From the boxes of the basement, the land of the inner court is visible.
