"The hotel is clean with a spacious, comfortable room. The location is close to airport with shuttle service available. The pool and hottub are a good way to relax before or after travel. There was no staff available to assist with luggage and diffucult to pull the luggage on the carpeted hallways. Also, the bar and cafe were understaffed and wait time was too long. I wanted healthy food options like fruit but hotel had nothing for purchase and there were no nearby convenience stores or markets. A 20 minute taxi to shop. I suggest to bring with you to hotel. However, there are some fast foid restaurants and steakhouse restaurants in walking distance."

"The hotel staff were excellent. Incredibly friendly and really tried hard to break our shy little guy's shell. Our TV wouldn't work, which was an issue, but the biggest problem was at check in. When we reserved the room and prepaid online, it said that no credit card was required to stay here. This is not the case at all. The management was very kind and able to help us, but we witnessed others who were experiencing the same issue. THEY REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD"

"The receptionist on the first day was very friendly and checked us in once we arrived at the hotel. Breakfast starts at 630am, therefore, we're able to grab breakfast before our private Toronto tour operator picked us daily. They also arranged free transfer from hotel to Toronto Pearson Airport. However on the day of transfer to the airport we were down earlier than the pick up time but the receptionist was not too accommodating. Overall it's a pleasant stay at the hotel."

Amazing
GGuest UserBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, not far from the St. Lawrence market, we often go there to buy food, the subway station and the train station are nearby. The hotel lobby is luxuriously decorated and very local. The staff was very kind. I saw me with my child and asked me if I needed two beds. I found that there was no room with two beds. I upgraded a suite. Although it was on the second floor, it was already very good. I also recommended me to see the annual Caribbean Carnival cruise. The room was very clean and the carpet was a bit smelly. The cleaning staff was very careful. She saw that the mineral water was not enough and would give a lot of sticks. Then she saw that there was no toothpaste and supplemented it. It was not provided with toothpaste and toothbrushes. The service staff in the restaurant was also very kind. Xu exempted the child's breakfast fee and sent me bread and coffee. I said that I could drink water. He still wanted to send me. This hotel is really generous. The hotel has a history of more than 100 years, and there are still some photos of the hotel for more than 190 years. If you need to improve, it is safer to change the elevator to need to swipe the card to enter, and then the air conditioning in the room is improved, and the sound is a bit loud now.

NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

Ccoco-LuThe St. Regis brand is known for luxury and butler service. The Toronto location is a bit older, so the room facilities are relatively outdated. Fortunately, the excellent service makes up for the aging infrastructure. Additionally, the top-floor restaurant is great, with both the views and the food being impressive.

MM303877****Very comfortable and housekeeping is very good. The down stair LANO restaurant is the best place to have a cup of coffee, there are all kind and nice waitresses and waiters. The TOCA restaurant offers the best breakfast options in everyday. It’s a great 8days staying memory.

AAlanSpivackA great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.

SspiceuncleAlthough the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, its excellent location is incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious enough, and amenities are comprehensive, with great housekeeping service. It's also very close to landmarks like the University of Toronto, and there's a significant Chinese presence in the area. Various Asian eateries, including Heytea, are abundant, making it suitable for Chinese guests.

FFaith LobatonWe had a great stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto! The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The only small downside was the hotel parking, which was a little pricey at $40 per day. However, there are plenty of cheaper parking options nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!
