9.5/10
Amazing
GGuest UserIt is very small in the residential building, self-check in, can check in on time, send emails basically no one back. The pillowcase is yellow and the hair dryer is bad. Most of the time, no one in the hotel encountered problems and couldn't deal with it. The sound insulation was poor and the other people's room could hear clearly at night. Coffee water drinks are free to drink, the whole decoration is very new, the building and elevator are very old for at least a hundred years, some people can not use the next person correctly, resulting in me moving the box to climb the stairs when I checked in. I also met other residents to break the mouth, all in all, the strange experience is +1

GGuest UserThe location is very good, the surrounding is quiet, the front desk brother is very handsome! Very gentle attitude! I rarely meet such a gentle person in Italy! The room is very new, the air is good, the bedding is clean, 100 points! Next time I have a chance to come to Italy, I will definitely choose this one.

RRenae SIt was a very European place that had a great funny staff that knew the drinks! I'm 6'2 and the beds were so comfy! It was down the street from the Colosseum. Great access to Rome.

SShaz YusThe hostel is quite central, very close to the transport hub, but it's on the 'other' side of the sights. Other reviews say that it's in a 'sketchy' area, this is true, there is a lot of graffiti around the hostel, but I personally saw no trouble at all, felt safe at all times. The hostel itself was clean and welcoming from the outside. Under my bed sheet there was blood, which was a bit unsettling, I didn't raise the issue, as I doubt anything could be done. Some staff are helpful, some definitely are not, the night-time staff are moody, daytime were fine. The roof top bar was closed, only open during the summer months apparently. I personally felt the bar area needed a bit more atmosphere, it was never busy throughout my 4 nights there, I feel the hostel may have missed a trick there. Overall, it was a good hostel, not perfect, but you get what you paid for. The rooms were tidy and well maintained. I had no issues with the 3 other strangers in my room. Would I stay at this hostel again? Yes, as it was good value for money, in a central location, but certain staff definitely need to be more approachable and not loo .as though they will phone in sick the next day.

SSofí GiThe location is privileged, opposite the Opera Theatre, a few minutes walk from the Rome terminal station. They were always concerned to give us the information to arrive, the building is old with marble stairs and elevator from the 50s (a luxury of architecture 😍). Alessio welcomes us with the best willingness to provide us information for our stay, the hotel is familiar, few rooms but very comfortable, clean, with a very vintage decor with Roman ceilings, an experience. The room hygiene 10/10 its bathroom was all, one of the things we loved most was Valentina's warm attention, charming always worried about details, our breakfasts, Then then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then,

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet residential area. Its location is quite good. It takes about ten minutes by bus to reach the central tourist area. Just a minute's walk away is a supermarket. Shopping is very convenient there. But it should close at 8:30 p.m., if I remember correctly. The room was very large, and it was one of the few independent-bed hotels that I had stayed in. The front desk service was excellent. I don't know about the conditions of other rooms, but the door of the toilet in my room couldn't be locked properly; fortunately, it could still be closed. The bathroom had no hooks and the drainage was a bit blocked. If these two issues were improved, the overall accommodation experience would be perfect. Overall, it is worth recommending.

GGuest UserIt's fine. Maybe they should have sheets because the comforter only irritated me. It's also not good not having 24-hour reception, since if there's an issue, you can't call, make a complaint, or request a room change.
