"The front desk gave me a free upgrade from a 'superior' to a 'luxury' room, which was a very pleasant surprise. Picture four shows the view from the window. Although one day I ordered takeout and the older Caucasian gentleman at the front desk was unwilling to help me with the address, the bellhop later helped me find my delivery, so my overall impression is still very positive. For anyone coming to Rome, this hotel is highly recommended for its excellent value for money. You can walk to most attractions, and the decor is new."
