The location is excellent, just a short distance from Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for shopping and dining. The hotel's large bathroom is fantastic, and they provide POLA toiletries. There's also a guest lounge by the entrance with complimentary coffee and tea, where you can dine.

I really liked the ventilation in the capsule. It was cold in the hallway where the capsules are at night because the air conditioning was on. There were no odors, so the capsule itself felt fresh too. I'm not sure how the ventilation is set up, but I was pleased with it. The common area on, I think, the 10th floor was usually empty, so I could sit and eat alone, which I also liked. After this, I stayed at a couple more capsule hostels in Japan, and this one was the best in terms of the capsule design and living area. My only complaints were with the kitchen and cooking facilities. But for sleeping, it's an excellent option. The showers and toilets were great too.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right near many popular attractions, and there are tons of dining options, from trendy spots to budget-friendly restaurants. It was clean and tidy, no complaints there. My only issue was the check-in time, which is super late at 5:00 PM – probably the latest in all of Japan. I had an overnight flight, landed at 8:00 AM, and had to tough it out until 5:00 PM to check in. My eyes were bloodshot while I was out exploring, and I even dozed off for 20 minutes at an attraction. They wouldn't let me check in early either. I really hope they can optimize the check-in time to be a bit more reasonable and guest-friendly!

A cozy place, just like home. It was super convenient having the bedroom, sink, and bathroom all on the same floor. But the best part was being able to freely socialize with friends from all over the world.

The bathhouse and sauna were excellent! After a day of exploring, a good soak and steam were exactly what I needed. The water temperature was a bit on the hot side, so it took some getting used to. However, the shower faucet was a bit inconvenient as you had to continuously hold it down. The facilities were generally well-equipped, but disposable slippers had to be purchased separately, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The luggage storage area was quite small, and if you arrived late, there was often no space in the room, meaning you had to leave your luggage in the stairwell.

Locals don’t usually come here to sleep — they come to wash, relax, and go through the full spa ritual. There are three types of steam rooms, a circular shower, and three baths: two hot ones at around 41°C, and one cold shock bath at around 11°C. You dip in and instantly feel alive. One unique feature — every hour they run a group steam ritual, like a collective massage & heat therapy session. Very Japanese, and surprisingly affordable. Definitely worth trying. There’s also an inexpensive breakfast option, plus vending machines with food and drinks right inside — very convenient. Overall, it’s a men-only vibe: arrive, clean up, relax, reset, and go about your day. The capsule is just a bonus on top of the sauna experience. They give you clothing — not a robe, but loose Japanese pants and an oversized T-shirt. You get your own locker, bedding and clothes are changed daily, and the bathrooms have literally everything: toothbrush, toothpaste, gels, shampoo… even nail clippers. You don’t need to bring anything. Location is fantastic — right next to Dotonbori. Step outside and you’re instantly in the heart of Osaka’s nightlife and energy. Downsides? A strict checkout — you must leave at 10:00 AM, and check-in starts only after 3:00 PM. If you want to stay during that gap, it’s around 300 yen per hour, or ~900 yen for the day. Still — great experience. I always wanted to try a real Japanese capsule stay. Inside the capsule there’s a TV, radio, adjustable lights, and AC — though it blasts pretty strongly, so I turned it off.

This one just beats all my other stays in Japan, it was seriously that good. The location is near Umeda Station, a super quick three-minute walk, and it was so easy to find amazing local cuisine nearby. The public bath is the absolute MVP here. I was totally not expecting someone with a tattoo on the back like me to be allowed in, but it was fine. My Japanese friend even said, ”Your public bath is way too good to be the one of a hotel, it should be a private public bath.” The quality is superb, and the amenities are fully equipped with everything you have in your own bathroom: hair spray, shampoo, hair conditioner, sponge, razor, nail clipper, nourishing cream, toothbrush, toothpaste and woww a lot. You put heart in every detail. It was my first experience with a Japanese public bath, and it was the best. The staff are super friendly but still uphold guests’ privacy. Having a lot of guests, it was surprisingly enough to sleep. Just one quick recommendation: The hostel requires a daily check-in even when you book consecutive days. For us, it was no problem sorting out and communicating with staffs. But some foreign guests seemed a bit confused by the process. If they could clarify that for non-Japanese speakers better, the place would be beyond perfect! Thanks for the excellent experience!

A great hostel if you can sleep through the noise. U get a free locker for your stay. The lobby is well equipped with a refrigerator, one small stove top, hot water, sponge and soap and so on. The hostel is very close to Dotonbori. The bed is comfortable but because of the people in the room and the train, it was kinda hard to sleep, but u get used to it. All in all for the cheap price it's a great hostel.

I had a really great time here at Casa G.S. Everything was way beyond my expectations. In terms of location, it took me only 5 mins on foot to reach Osakako train station, Chuo Line. With your luggage, you may chose to walk up stairs or take an elevator to and down the train station. You can also visit the nearby shopping mall (Tempozan Market Place) which is located near a beautiful bay, Osaka Aquarium Kaiyuka, and a big ferris wheel. A local bus stop is around 3 minutes away. Tax-free shops, Japanese restaurants, convenience stores (Lawson, 7-11, Family Mart) can easily be reached in the area. For room condition, fortunately I believe the place has been renovated for less than one year, so everything is very nice and clean. I stayed with my parents for 4 nights. The beds were hygienic and comfortable which was a plus to when you were exhausted after long walking days. It has all the necessities you can ever think of such as refrigerator, power socket, adapter, air-con, wet wipes and amenities. The check-in/out, door-lock, and entry systems require no staff or any unlocking devices/tools to pass which were very convenient and secure. An elevator is in place. This is crucial! The lobby has a luggage storage area (free of charge) and a pantry where you can borrow or use necessary kitchenware. Its bathroom may not be that spacious, but very clean and good enough for a short stay. For those considering this place and making decisions, I do highly recommend with this reasonable price offered. คนไทยที่กำลังตัดสินใจอยู่ บอกเลยที่นี่นอนสบายมากครับ เตียงนุ่ม สะดวกและคุ้มค่ามากครับ ประทับใจสุดๆ

The location is very convenient, right in front of Zoo-mae Station and within walking distance to Tennoji. The room was very simple, just a tatami mat. My room had ventilation, but the heater wasn't working, so the room was quite cold. The restroom was shared by both genders, and there was only one... The shower situation was the most inconvenient. Women could only use the bathroom for one hour, from 9-10 PM. Because there are more male guests, men had a longer shower time (5-9 PM).
