From the moment I stepped through the hotel entrance, I felt right at home! Every single staff member treated guests with genuine care and attentiveness. The room size was also the biggest I've ever had in all my trips to Japan! The pajamas provided by the turndown service were incredibly comfortable too! The hotel's night view is also one of the best around. Highly, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay, room is spacious, link to a mall sheltered. A junction away from Yodobashi Mall and Umeda Train station. The rooms are reasonably big. Love the bathroom. Separate beds are slightly bigger than single beds. Linens are luxurious high thread count. Room Flooring is semi wood and carpeted. Coffee and Tea are complimentary, comes with full set of in room requirements, ironing set, luxurious bathrobe, bar fridge, comfy bedroom slippers, safe, V Sassoon hair dryer, full bathing and vanity kit, toilet cubicle is separate by a door, bath tub is of good size, separate shower water pressure is fantastic. Motorised linen blinds, daily bottles of water Here’s my favourite: Facilities include 24hrs of fully equipped gym all machines including leg machines, bar and free weights, gym balls, foam rollers, treadmill, elliptical, bicycle etc. Use of Bathhouse and indoor swimming pool included as part of the booking. Spa facial and massage avail at a fee. Lounge area is great with nice matcha latte. Had buffet breakfast in the morning, sufficient variety. Lotsa fruits choices. Building is exclusive luxury. Initial check-in process can be better and less rigid. Pre-paid room type if unavailable, guests should be informed ahead prior to arrival. Somewhere between Trip.com and the hotel miscommunication should not affect the hotel guests traveling 12 hours to reach there. Director of rooms Mr Liam Wynn Williams saved the day. My stay at this hotel was absolutely flawless, but what truly blew me away was its unbeatable location! Stepping out of the hotel puts you right in the bustling heart of Shinsaibashi, which is an absolute paradise for anyone who loves shopping and good food. Whether you're looking to snap up the latest fashion trends, explore department stores, or stock up on cosmetics and *****, all the shopping hotspots are just steps away. The best part is that when your hands are full with shopping bags, you can just pop back to your room to drop them off within minutes, then head out again unencumbered – no more struggling on the subway with heavy loads. The dining options downstairs are so abundant it’s hard to choose! From authentic takoyaki and okonomiyaki to ramen shops and izakayas that still have queues late into the night, you'll never have to worry about going hungry. Staying here truly makes for a perfect trip where everything you need – from vibrant city life to delicious food and entertainment – is right at your doorstep. It’s definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Osaka; I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the JR station. The entrance is on the first floor of the KITTE mall, but the signage isn't very clear, so first-time visitors might easily miss it. The breakfast was superb, and the hygiene facilities were also good. I requested a one-hour late check-out due to my flight schedule, but the hotel couldn't accommodate it.

RWe chose this hotel specifically to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We requested a higher-floor room in advance, but unfortunately it wasn’t provided. There was also no special setup or decoration in the room, and the front desk never mentioned anything about it. The room view was average, and the hotel is a bit of a walk from Shinsaibashi Station. The elevator had a noticeable unpleasant odour when going from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. Overall, the experience was just average. For comparison, we stayed two nights at another hotel during the same trip that was slightly cheaper, but the overall feeling and quality were noticeably better than at this W hotel.

Facilities: The classic quality of a long-standing luxury brand. Hygiene: Impeccable, as expected in Japan. Environment: Right above the railway station. Service: First-class service quality! Surrounded by amazing food options! An indispensable choice when in Umeda! However, it's a bit pricey and the rooms are a bit small.

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but transportation is still convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to Tenmabashi. The complimentary cookies at check-in were delicious! The room layout is well-designed; we could fit a stroller and open two large suitcases comfortably. Plus, the baby cot was free, though it needed to be reserved in advance.

When I booked this hotel, it clearly stated that children stay for free. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed us that children over 7 years old would be charged. Specifically, our 7-year-old was charged the full adult rate, which amounted to 43,300 JPY for 3 nights. Despite this additional charge, there was no room upgrade to accommodate the extra cost. Attempts to resolve this with the hotel were fruitless (it was extremely difficult to communicate with the Japanese staff; they couldn't understand English, refused to acknowledge the issue, and were unwilling to take responsibility). The negotiation lasted an hour, during which my 11-month-old child was crying, and there was no offer of comfort or a solution. Due to this experience, and not because of the location, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I really like this hotel. Complimentary drinks for our anniversary stay. The rooms are large and comfortable. Location is a bit far from city but it’s okay if good weather and you’re willing to walk. Unfortunately no hotel lobby for loading, a bit troublesome to get cab and during rainy days. Nearby convenient shop and restaurant. Friendly staffs during check in.

The room was a bit small, I booked a twin room for 2200 a night at the end of May. It was okay though, haha, the location is great, very convenient to get anywhere. It's right next to the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Hermes is right downstairs. Facilities: Quite new Cleanliness: Decent Ambiance: It's an older building, so a bit dated Service: Very good, I forgot my credit card and didn't have cash, but they still let me check in without a pre-authorization deposit.
