Heyuan Zijin Hot Spring is a place I have always wanted to go, but I didn't like the accommodation, until I saw this newly opened one, I decided to start. Really worth staying, on the hillside, away from a little restaurant food market, one more tranquility, I like it very much; Hot spring water, really first class, have been to many hot springs in Guangdong, here is the first, a light sulfur smell, the water is very slippery, the skin is really filled with water after soaking; The design style of the hotel is what I like, the health is very good, there is no smell of smoke, the air is fresh, the room is large, the pool in the room is large; The front desk brother service is in place and courteous, the cleaning room staff is also very courteous, the direct communication is also very clear, praise; The dinner food is delicious; Convenient parking, potential, fork tram is very convenient. Can be improved: Small refrigerator in the room Breakfast plus more types, such as soy milk, rice rolls, soup powder Worth staying again!

The hotel is elegantly styled after the Banyan Tree. The service is excellent; this level of overall service is exceptional for a suburban area like Heyuan. After booking, I received a call from the hotel manager. On the way to the hotel, we arranged everything from extra beds, dinner reservations, menus, and town activities. Upon check-in, the lobby staff, four or five of whom provided us with various introductions and services, were very friendly and attentive. The lady taking photos was patient and always had a sweet smile. The hotel manager responded promptly to any WeChat messages and offered suggestions, a far cry from the often insignificant butlers at many hotels. Special praise goes to Xiaogang and Xiaoxu. The room was also new and spacious, with both an indoor and outdoor hot spring bathtub. Downstairs was the hot spring pool, open 24 hours a day, with the perfect temperature and extremely convenient. The breakfast was incredibly rich, delicious, and not overly fancy. For both a stay and a vacation, this hotel is well worth the price, although it's a bit far from Chunmuyuan Town, which is quite average.

The hot springs in Jiuhe Town are really good. The sanitation of the homestay is very good, there is a free breakfast (picture 1), we temporarily booked a twin room, the space is large enough, (picture 2), the environment is clean and hygienic, the homestay has enough parking spaces, and you can also dine in the homestay. The dishes taste very good as shown in Figure 4, if you need to eat at the homestay, Just communicate with the front desk lady in advance, and settle when you check out. This homestay should give five stars. It feels very comfortable when I first enter the park. The design is very good. The room is fully equipped and there are unexpected things. Although the tent bathroom is simpler, it is much more convenient than the camping I have lived in without a separate bathroom. The boss repeatedly emphasized to me that this is a tent, not a wooden house. I said ”I know” in my weak heart. I originally wanted to live in a tent, but the tent here can be equipped with a large hot spring pool. I have never seen it elsewhere. The sanitation inside is quite clean. The night view is very good for taking pictures and punching in. The sound quality in the room is very good, the bubble hot spring is very comfortable, and I will come again.

The courtyard duplex we stayed in was quite clean and tidy. Our housekeeper, Xiao Ou, was very patient, giving us directions, providing complimentary fruit and supplies. The town itself had great scenery and fresh air, and there were many activities to do, making it suitable for family trips. I would definitely come again if I have the chance! 😊

Raw Ammonia Hot Spring Water: The hot spring pool is large enough for the whole family to soak together. The water temperature is just right. Environment: The hot spring pool faces the inner lake, offering beautiful views. The room is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and daydreaming. Facilities: The shower has strong water pressure and is very comfortable.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was facing a large floor-to-ceiling window and the glass was very clean. The hot spring was on the balcony, and the room was separated from wet and dry. The water smelled of sulfur, and it felt slippery after soaking. The only thing that can be improved is that there is no bathrobe that is not convenient. One bath towel per person. It is not enough to take into account the bath and many baths. It is much more convenient to have a bathrobe.

The hotel is very new, and what really impressed us was the onsen bathing facilities right in the room. The water fills and drains quickly, allowing you to fill the room whenever you want, without having to drain it early. The TV in the room is awkwardly positioned; you can't see it while soaking, and even when enjoying tea at the large tea table, you have to twist your head to watch it. Adding a TV near the tea table and the hot springs would be perfect. The hotel only opened this year (2025), and the front desk staff are still in training, but they were very friendly, helping make coffee, recommending nearby restaurants, and more. Thank you.

We visited during the May Day holiday and upgraded to a lake-view king room by paying the difference in advance, which was a very smooth process. The hotel facilities are a bit outdated; the TV is an old non-smart LCD from years ago with no set-top box, so screen mirroring isn't possible, which was a minor letdown. The hotel also seems to be very understaffed; it took a long time for service requests to be fulfilled. Breakfast was a bit chaotic too, with a lot of people and even red plastic chairs in the restaurant, making it feel quite cheap. However, the view of Wanlv Lake from the window and the air quality were both excellent. The hotel only has three 20kw fast chargers, and all the slow chargers were out of service. Luckily, there were hardly any gas cars occupying the spots, and most people moved their cars promptly after charging.

I lived in the 8th floor view twin room with a wide view and a hot spring pool on the balcony. In the afternoon, the whole family went to the public hot spring for a bath. There were 28 pools, no fruit and drinks, but there was ginger tea for free. In the evening, I went to the town to have dinner and went shopping, and I soaked in a private soup on the balcony, comfortable.
