這是我住過很差的民宿了，我下午3點到了哪裡，前台愛理不理，然後我説要個高一點的房間，前台給了24樓，然後我們一到24樓發現房間是一個套間分開成兩個房間，這就算了給我分配的還是一個雙床房，裏面臟兮兮的，設施都很陳舊（我訂的是蜜月海景大床房），而且是在未經我同意和未知會我的情況下，前台私自操作。裏面的樣子和他們店鋪圖片裏面的嚴重不符，我打電話詢問前台還有沒有圖片裏面的房間，前台説那個房間漏水不能住，還剩的大床房是4樓的看不到海，最後我説要退房，不住了，他們讓我自己去找攜程客服協商，他們還了扣我一半的房費作為手續費。大家訂的時候一定要擦亮眼睛，萬科雙月灣酒店這麼多要想玩的開心，一定不要踩這家的雷。

住B1棟，22樓，正面看海，雖然左右各有一棟高樓，但視野不錯，贊。當天11點多去到，等到近2點才入住。有的圖片看着配套美好，但我們住的房間設施整體比較舊，有個麻將桌但沒用，不如簡單配一張餐桌。三期整體新，下次還是選三期住比較滿意。
