The room is large and is a separate small suite. There will be golf carts going to and from the main entrance, and every service staff driving them is very nice, chatting with us and introducing hotel attractions. The hotel's restaurant and swimming pool are very beautiful, and the food is delicious. The chef saw that we are Chinese and specially made Chinese fried noodles for breakfast, which was very considerate. The house keeping staff stacked different little animals for us every day, which was very interesting.

A very quiet resort hotel with first-class environment. It’s just that the waiters are a bit too utilitarian. The amount of tips they give determines the enthusiasm of their service.

The hotel I was looking forward to the most throughout the whole journey, I would have been conquered if I experienced the Oberoi in India, but when I arrived in Egypt, I felt something was wrong as soon as I entered the door. There is no smile on everyone's face, except for a few people who have a sense of service, other feelings are perfunctory. And obviously for white people, they will be more enthusiastic, and they will not choose this hotel next time. Of course, the environment and facilities are still very good, but the service that I expected to live in Oberoi is the most disappointing.

It’s a damn liar. The desert requires us $200 for two people. We only found out that it was $17 for one person when I went out. And I did PCR. They gave me PAR to make more money. I was returned by the airport and the hotel is still shirking responsibility. I didn’t give us compensation, my ticket seat was abandoned and I would stay in the hotel for a few more days

Our experience at Sahl - hashees oberoi was exceed the expectations. Property is very beautiful by Red Sea, all the villas are very clean and stunning with overlooking sea views.so much space and very comfortable. All the staff very friendly and very welcoming. Kitchen staff are great they cook for you and feed you from bottom of they heart. Thank you so much Bahgat papoo sing aval basanti and Hassan everyone was so kind and helpful. They also pack breakfast for you when you go for early morning trips. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to come again. Great hospitality and great atmosphere.

By far this is the best hotel I’ve been too . Food was amazing Staff was overwhelming , friendly and polite . Special shout out to Mr. Maher sadek the manager he made our dream come true he made our stay spontaneous , and in the restaurant ABD EL AWEL they made he exceeded our expectations every type of food is far beyond what we expected and the quantity what amazing . The room was super clean not one mistake what so ever . The spa was also perfect we had a massage and it was definelty worhh the the money I recommend the girl named AYU she also gave me an extra 10 minutes . Overall everything was beyond perfect❤️. Shout out also to TAWFIK AND RAMY in the front office they were very friendly and nice also .

Amazing 10 star hotel ! From the minute you enter you are indulged and welcomed. Mr. Maher made sure we had everything we needed. The suite was extremely luxurious.Everything was super clean. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable you can ever have.The private pool was extremely clean with the perfect water temperature. The beach was amazing to just sit and watch the sunset. The food was amazing as well as the service and the special attention the chef and servers paid to our needs. This wasn’t our first time there and definetly won’t be our last.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at the end of a magical 18 day trip in Egypt. This hotel is beautifully kept, and our sea view suite was spacious and had everything you could need with excellent house keeping. We ate in the restaurant each night, nothing was ever much trouble, catered for all our different tastes, the quality of the food and service was excellent. All the staff were amazing and customer service was first class. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be going back!

We had an excellent stay at the Oberoi Hurghada. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The property is so beautiful and well kept. Big suites and very clean. Everything is very well kept. As soon as you get to the pool the attendant brings you water, towel and opens the umbrella for you. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety of foods, fruits and drinks. the beach side and water is gorgeous. It has been a pleasure to stay in this hotel. My husband and I came with our 3 adult sons, our daughter in law and my sister and boyfriend. We had 4 suites. We were coming from Luxor and it is so worth it. The ladies had a Swedish spa massage which was 30% off! 100% recommended...
