昨天下午到的時候發現空調壞了、及時和老闆聯繫，然後也沒有得到解決，晚上十一點半被凍的不行了打老闆電話給我們掛斷了，再打就打不通了，電視機也是壞的，兩個電器沒有一個好的，牆上有污漬，我們半夜聯繫平台客服才通過客服聯繫上老闆，半夜大門沒有鎖，也沒人看門，完全沒有安全保障。深夜一點讓我們兩個女孩自己抱着被子換房間，前面是一個很黑的走廊，還有聲音，嚇**了。被單上有污漬和血跡。後來換的房間空調製熱好點，但是也很差，穿着羽絨服睡的，第二天還被凍感冒了……老闆一直強調自己家裡有事所以無法及時趕到，但是我們下午反應問題的時候為什麼不及時給我處理？我們溝通全程態度客氣一直體量老闆家裡有事，已經很有素質了。民宿老闆家漢服館有一個姐姐和我們説退房後老闆會給我們轉紅包作為補償，我們中午説退房的時候回了消息，下午三四點就發消息説我們已經走了的時候就開始玩消失了，不回消息找不到人也沒有所謂的紅包，不是很能理解，既然説了為什麼不履行？本來不是很想太計較，但是真的忍無可忍了，本身出去就是旅遊的，搞的也很不開心，身體也弄的不好了……

衞生倒也還行，床上沒異物，廁所沒異味，老闆也很熱情，位置離南部景區和北部百間樓很近，都很方便，就是空調不行，不知道是房間大還是咋，開了空調屋裡一點也不暖和，尤其是現在冬天睡一晚太冷了，還有一個就是這間房雖然有窗户但是採光不太好

房間挺好的，幾乎無可挑剔，如果非要説有什麼缺點，那就是淋浴頭出水小。民宿的位置也很好，往北往南去逛逛都很方便，旁邊就是狀元樓和匠心坊，方便吃主食和買點心。

就是一般民宿的規格，但是跟旁邊的房子很接近，聲音及廚房裏的味道都一直飄散過來，在老街裡，離便民橋不算遠。但是走累了回來休息還算方便。

客棧就在古鎮裏面，一共四間。我們九位長者四間客房全部住滿了，客房很乾凈，年輕的老闆夫婦很熱情，看到我們年歲大，還特意出來迎接我們，幫我們把行李提進客棧，還給我們介紹了性價比高的餐廳，以及遊覽路線，下次會介紹朋友來住👍

店家很熱情，主動詢問要不要預留車位。第一天晚上沒有其它客人，很安靜。在南潯古鎮裏面，很好找。各方面都還不錯，建議老闆更換一下浴巾和毛巾，柔軟一些。麻雀雖小 五臟俱全。南潯目前商業化沒有那麼嚴重，晚上吃飯的地方不多。出去找吃的，千萬不要去叫什麼江姐飯店還是什麼，吃完就知道泡麪更好。老闆推薦的鳳凰樓早餐麪，很不錯。沒有拍照，用南潯古鎮照片代替
