The entire courtyard was charmingly decorated. The guesthouse was housed in a Qing Dynasty-style building. The rooms were wooden cabins, and the facilities were generally very complete, including a smart toilet. The rooms were duplexes, requiring climbing stairs. The bathroom was on the lower level, and the bed was on the upper level, which wasn't particularly convenient. However, it was a nice change from typical hotel rooms for families with children. The upper level had underfloor heating, so it wasn't cold at night. There was no TV in the room, and the Wi-Fi wasn't great. The owner was very welcoming. He called ahead to pick us up and even helped us with our luggage to the bus stop when we left. We were very satisfied with the service.

The decor is charmingly traditional, perfectly complementing the Huizhou architectural style. The guesthouse itself feels like an integral part of the scenic area, featuring a garden restaurant and a coffee bar where you can even pet cats. The owner is fantastic, offering luggage pickup and drop-off services right from the bus station. It's a highly recommended place to stay.

The property is located in the heart of Hongcun, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the historic village on foot. As guests, you’re also entitled to discounted entrance tickets: just let the ticket office know you're staying here and they'll give you 50% off tickets. Room was exactly as in the photos, spacious, perfectly clean and featured a very comfortable bed and many accessories (bottled water, tv, haircomb, hairdrier, etc). The building’s traditional Chinese architecture was absolutely beautiful and on a rainy day, it created a wonderfully romantic atmosphere we will treasure forever in our memories. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They kindly met us to guide us to the hotel (since Apple Maps and AMaps can be a bit confusing in the area), provided umbrellas free of charge and even bring us back to the parking lot when we left. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Hongcun!

The lady boss and the boss were very nice. They told me when we would arrive and waited for me. They took my luggage to the scenic area with a small electric car. The boss also took me to see the busy streets and introduced the route. It was very late and the boss helped me to contact a carpool to Huangshan Scenic Area. They were very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities were the same as those of chain hotels. It was also very quiet to sleep in the scenic area at night. There were no cars coming and going, only the chirping of insects and birds. The sound insulation of the houses in the scenic area was not very good.

I was also very satisfied with the host's service; they were welcoming but not overly intrusive, and their recommendations for nearby restaurants were excellent. I'll definitely stay here again! Location: The location is at the west gate of the scenic spot. It takes three minutes to walk to the scenic spot. There is a supermarket at the door, as well as a burger shop and a noodle shop. Service: We came from Huangshan Scenic Area, so we called the boss in advance. The boss helped me arrange a carpool, thirty-one people, and the car was delivered to the Ximen parking lot. After arriving, the boss arranged for a boy to ride a sightseeing car to pick us up. Let's go When the time came, the little brother also sent us to the carpooling point, and the service was perfect. Decoration: Very charming, with a tea room, the room is very good, fully intelligent, the bedding is good, and the mattress is from Jin Koer. Overall: Warm service, highly recommended

The inn is located next to the red poplar trees at the entrance to the scenic village. The innkeeper was very welcoming and attentive, even going to the parking lot she had pre-designated to pick up our luggage and elderly guests. Her husband is a chef, and his local specialties, like stinky mandarin fish, are incredibly delicious. She also recommends her friends to stay here.

This time I came to Hongcun with a camera. This homestay has a very obvious antique Huizhou characteristics. It is also suitable for photo shoots. I feel that the photos taken in my camera are far from the good-looking ones I see. The room is clean and hygienic. The small courtyard has fireworks. It feels very suitable for the New Year. A fantastic guesthouse with excellent value for money. The decor is classic and elegant, and it even has a Luohan bed, which I love. The location is superb, directly opposite the West Gate 2, just a 100-meter walk from the Hongcun scenic area. It's surrounded by restaurants and snack shops, making it incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was generally satisfactory, the price was reasonable, and the owner was warm and attentive. I stayed a few more days because of this. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Hongcun.

The room was generally nice, a Ming and Qing dynasty courtyard. I chose it because of reviews saying it was quieter in the back alley. The first night was fine; however, on the second night, after the Spring Festival Gala ended and I was about to go to sleep, the air conditioner unit upstairs started buzzing like a generator, keeping me awake until dawn. I was almost at my breaking point. I felt helpless in the middle of the night and couldn't bring myself to knock on the door to ask them to turn off the air conditioner. It was the first time I'd ever experienced such a loud noise from an air conditioner unit. Later, it was two units blasting at me at once. I've attached a video so you can see for yourself ੧😭੧ I told the landlord, but it was useless. I didn't hear from them again until I checked out.
