"It took over 30 minutes by Tram D from Central Station. There was a subway station nearby, but it was closed due to construction. There was a supermarket about a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

"My stay at Trend Savoyen Vienna was fantastic, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel staff for their incredible help.
After checking out, I realized I had misplaced a very precious vinyl record. I was quite distressed as this record held significant sentimental value for me. When I contacted the hotel, the staff not only diligently helped me search for it but also proactively communicated with the relevant departments, ultimately helping me retrieve my record.
Throughout the entire process, the staff were incredibly professional, patient, and responsible, which truly made me feel how much they care about and value their guests. "Felt that the hotel was clean, just that it had a slight stench in the toilet. Find the counter staff a lil bit rude too. Might have been better if they were more helpful with directions, otherwise, location is great, just 100m from the train station and the Vienna airport bus is within reach. Rooms did not have fridge."

"True to the Ibis standard worldwide, the rooms here are compact and equipped with all the essentials you need, though keep in mind they do not include a refrigerator or a kettle.
The location is excellent, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making it incredibly easy to head into the city center. A short 10-minute walk will take you to the main train station, providing convenient access to various destinations. "The hotel has a great location right opposite the train station and is only about 6–7 minutes from the metro station, plus the kitchen is well-equipped even though I didn’t use it. However, the room lighting is too dim, and in summer it gets quite warm — luckily there is a fan, but having to open the window (which faces an inner courtyard) lets in some insects (they don’t bite). The check-in process needs improvement: the self-check-in machine didn’t work properly, resetting to the home page after filling in all details, which wasted a lot of time, and I eventually had to download their app to complete check-in and payment — it’s very inconvenient for guests, and although they seem to want a smart check-in system, the machine doesn’t support it well, so I would recommend going back to manual check-in instead."

"I guess I understand why there were still rooms available when I booked on the same day. For a 4-star hotel that isn't cheap, the value for money is extremely poor. I'd recommend booking your hotel in advance; you could definitely find a much better place for the same price.
1. The hotel is conveniently located near Spar/Hofer supermarkets, and the subway and bus stops are just a few minutes' walk downstairs. That's a definite plus.
2. The breakfast is very simple and unappetizing. I wouldn't recommend it unless you just want to fill your stomach.
3. I scheduled housekeeping a day in advance, but they didn't clean the room. I was too lazy to complain. The second time I requested cleaning, they did it, but they didn't empty the trash from the nightstand and left a cleaning cloth on the sink, which was quite annoying.
It's a shame, given such a good location."

It’s a great value for me , the location is super convenient , many bus / tram lines and U4 are in short walking distance.
The bed is comfortable, there’s a mini bar . The room is not very big but quite practical and quiet.
The room service isn’t so good tho, they didn’t change the towels , didn’t even clean the floor .
The breakfast is unbelievably simple - only bread and drinks , but what can you expect for for the fair-able room rate you paid for right ?
I’d def stay again."

"Great location, with a metro station just a few minutes' walk away. Parking is €28 per day, which is pretty standard for the area. The breakfast had fewer hot food options but a good selection of cold items. The only real letdown was that the hotel's bath towels were torn. Overall, the room design was excellent and very comfortable."

Tthe solo traveler 3unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close.
the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.

GGuest UserI booked a family room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. They don't allow an additional child. The location is very close to the main train station, and you can also walk to Belvedere Palace. There's a bus stop near Belvedere Palace that's much more convenient than taking the subway, as it goes directly to all the popular attractions in the Old Town, like the Musikverein, Karlskirche, Hofburg, museums, and City Hall… I only discovered this on the day we left! 😅 I bought a 48-hour transport pass, which felt like a better deal than the City Card, as the latter mainly offers discounts on attractions that you might not even use. With the transport pass, taking the train from the main station to the airport only costs 2.2 euros (half price for children). It takes 16 minutes to get to the airport, and even without the pass, it's not expensive – if I remember correctly, it's 2.9 euros. The hotel offers almost no service; it's mainly self-service. Housekeeping is supposedly every four days. Since we only stayed for 2 nights, it was acceptable, but I imagine it would be a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay.

A reasonable walk from all the main sites in the centre but also a short walk away from public transport (tram, subway) if you prefer. The airport bus is just across the bridge - was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering me coffee and answering any questions I had. I asked for a room on a higher floor, and got one on the 7th floor which had decent views of the city. The room itself was perfect size, not too small and was clean. The bed was very comfortable! Good value for a 4* - I would highly recommend :)

GGuest UserStayed at Austria Trend Hotel Europa Wien for two nights. Overall impression:
Pros:
• Excellent location — right on the pedestrian street and only a 3-minute walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral. All major attractions within the Inner Stadt are within easy walking distance.
• The double bed actually consists of two separate mattresses, so you won’t disturb each other during sleep.
• Two separate duvets provided, which is convenient.
Cons:
• The room had a musty smell upon entry; I had to open the window to air it out.
• Since the hotel faces the pedestrian street, it’s extremely noisy — crowds during the day, drunk people shouting at night, and in the early morning hours, street sweepers and sanitation workers make it impossible to sleep.
• If you close the window to block the noise, the room becomes very stuffy because the bathroom ventilation doesn’t work at all.
• The bathtub design is awkward, with mold visible on the tiles. No matter how carefully you shower, water still splashes onto the bathroom floor.
• The toilet flush is weak and can’t even handle toilet paper properly.
• The carpet is dirty, and the fabric chairs are stained as well.
For a hotel charging over €200 per night, guests deserve a cleaner and more comfortable room environment.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the main train station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. When we arrived, KLM had lost our luggage, and when I told the front desk lady, she was incredibly kind. She gave us lots of toiletries, slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and even told us where to buy emergency clothes. She was super enthusiastic! The room was a bit small for two people, but considering the cheap price, it was still great value for money.

FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!

GGuest UserIt was nice stay at this place, most importantly 15 minutes walk from Central station and also Metro and Tram stations are 3 minutes away. Most importantly lots of food options available specially for people who are looking for Halal food, this area was good to find most of austrian food in Halal version. In the room everything was available, except extra sheets which I didn't find good and also no reception to contact in case you need something. Also only self check-in is possible and that also at 2pm and not a minute before which I found a bit strange. But overall I had a nice experience here and also Bed was huge for 2 people. The room I was staying was a bit warm, and it was just 18C, it would be better if any AC or Fan was available if you are staying in peak summer when temperature would be 30C. Overall good place if you are in a budget.
