"I arrived Wednesday the 18th of March and stayed until the 21st . My room was extremely clean the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of bed 🤣🤣The downstairs kitchen was amazing you could go downstairs and use all the facilities you needed , fridge , microwave, coffee maker , they even had fruit and sweets in the fridge for the guest to help themselves. Baha the Manager and Markis were wonderful, whatever I needed, they were always there to help out. 2 wonderful people . Thanks guys. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I will definitely come back to your wonderful Hotel when coming back to Sydney thank you so much guys. 🤙🏻🙏🍷👌😎"

"The room facilities were great, and the location was absolutely perfect – just a 5-minute walk to international departures. The hotel front desk staff, however, were quite unfriendly; this might have been due to my English not being very fluent. This hotel is ideal for catching early morning flights. Sydney international departures are incredibly busy in the mornings; I woke up at 6 AM and already saw traffic building up. It took almost half an hour from leaving the hotel to checking in my luggage. After that, I only had enough time to quickly browse duty-free before boarding."

"I felt very safe and secure staying at this hotel, which was a huge relief. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even helped me charge my phone at the front desk when it was almost dead, which was a lifesaver. Every single employee was well-trained and highly responsive, truly putting guest needs first. This kind of professional yet personalized service made me feel incredibly welcome. "The airport shuttle bus is hard to find, i have asked 2 airport stuffs but they both told me the different direction. But I found that the bus 350 at terminal 2 can reach the hotel just in 1 station and just costed AUD1, super convenience location. And I’m really appreciate the reception and staffs of the hotel, cuz I left my glasses in the hotel but I have been to Melbourne already. Their replies are so fast and helpful, they found my glasses and will keep it for me until I come back to sydney, thanks so much !!! Love it. The rooms is clean and tidy, and only 10-15mins walk, we can reach a residential area with lots of food shops. Happy stay!!"

"It's very clean and relatively quiet. The room is small, but the location is great, not far from the subway on foot. It's about a 10-minute walk to the domestic airport terminal, along a main road with sidewalks, so it's safe. Excellent value for money. There's a free airport shuttle starting at 4:50."

"I was in Sydney for a couple of nights for personal matters before flying to the Gold Coast, so I booked this hotel near the airport after a lot of searching. After arriving at T1 International Terminal, I followed the airport signs to the free shuttle bus to T3. From the T3 arrivals hall, it's about a 10-minute walk to the hotel according to the map. It's manageable if you don't have too much luggage, not a big deal. To get back to the airport, it's the same route. On the day I left, it was raining, so I took the hotel's airport shuttle, fearing my luggage would get wet if I walked. It cost $14, which isn't cheap, but a taxi would probably be similar. Facilities: It's an older hotel, so the furniture and appliances are a bit dated. The bathroom has a bathtub, so you need to be careful getting in and out. You have to turn off the lights one by one. They don't provide complimentary bottled water; even the mini-bar water costs money. There's one free carton of milk. If you need a toothbrush and toothpaste, you have to ask the front desk. I always bring my own, so it wasn't an issue for me, but it's something to note if you don't. The room overlooks the airport terminal, and it's not too noisy. Cleanliness: The housekeeping service was excellent and very thorough. They even tidied up my messy data cables and placed them neatly on the desk. The room looked very clean overall, even though the hotel is old. Service: My early morning flight arrived, and by the time I cleared customs and walked to the hotel, it was past 10 am. I couldn't check in yet, but I could store my luggage. The public restrooms in the lobby were also very clean and spacious. I used the restroom to change clothes, quickly freshened up and put on some makeup, then left my luggage and went out to take care of my business. Other: The hotel is near the airport. If you're heading into the city or elsewhere by train, the closest Mascot train station is about a 15-minute walk. It's not super close, but for younger people, this walking distance is acceptable. There are restaurants and a supermarket near the train station. Overall, it's quite convenient to stay here if you have an early morning flight or a short stopover."

"The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service, getting you there in about 20 minutes. The service is exceptionally thoughtful, and the facilities are comprehensive. If you have an early morning flight, staying at this hotel is a really great choice."

"The room size was decent, but since it's near the airport, the soundproofing of the windows could definitely be improved. It's a reasonable distance to the city center, and there's plenty of public transport nearby. However, the hotel's airport shuttle bus only starts at 4:55 AM, so if you have an early flight, you'll need to take an Uber or taxi."

"We stayed in Room 323, just next to gym and pool room. Was worried with noise as We stayed from Wednesday night till Sunday morning check out. My worries were unfounded. Had a pleasant 4 night stay. Living room was spacious and equipped with a clean kitchen and dining table. Washing machine and dryer are separate and hidden behind door. Useful! Bedroom has a king bed, spacious and comfortable. Aircon control in bedroom is separate. Best location of hotel as surrounded with lots of eateries. We highly recommend Malaysian restaurant selling delicious chicken rice and sambal kangkong! Another shop is Into Laksa. Delicious and reasonably priced. Woolsworth supermarket is just a short walk away!! Meriton Mascot is considered an airport hotel as it’s near airport and just 2 stops to city, circular quay stop. I used the super bus shuttle via klook. Convenient hotel drop off and pick up. Only passengers. No need worry uber driver complained too many luggage. Meriton is kind to load long umbrellas on raining days. Just remember to return after each day use and borrow again the following day. Otherwise you may be charged AUD50 for not returning. They do ask your room number."

"This hotel is much better than the chain hotels I've stayed at before; it's well-equipped and very thoughtful. They also offer a free shuttle that's incredibly timely – the driver for my ride was such a kind, cheerful old man. Previously, chain hotels near the airport were more expensive than this place, and their shuttle actually cost $20, even though it was only a 10-minute walk. Honestly, if you're visiting Sydney, you can just stay here. It's near the major station Mascot, only two stops from the city center. After visiting twice, I realized there's no need to stay in the city center, especially avoiding 'Oaks Sydney Castlereagh Suites.' That place was run-down, old, expensive, and the Asian front desk staff had a terrible attitude – a real nightmare. For the city center, I highly recommend 'YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites,' but for value for money, Travelodge Hotel Sydney Airport is still excellent, perhaps even the best."
