"Stayed from September 1st-3rd with friends. Room: We received an upgrade to a mountain view room, and on clear days, you could see Changbai Mountain. The room was comfortable, and upon entering, there was a pleasant, comforting scent. The butler service was excellent. They communicated with us before check-in, arranged pickup, and proactively checked in after we settled to ensure everything was satisfactory and promptly resolve any issues. Their inquiries weren't just procedural; they genuinely solved problems. Breakfast and Dinner: Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, easily meeting five-star standards. We left feeling full and satisfied. For dinner, we had the hot pot set for two, which was definitely filling. The restaurant staff were all very warm and friendly. We felt one of the hams in the hot pot set had too much starch and asked to swap it for another dish. Although items in the set couldn't be changed, the manager still offered us a fruit platter as an apology. Environment: The hotel felt very homey and family-friendly. There were small animals for kids to enjoy and a coffee bookstore for business travelers. The attention to detail was impressive. The complimentary bar drink coupon even included a glass of red wine, which my friend said was excellent – an imported Chilean wine. Activities: Although Changbai Mountain canceled the hotel's VIP park access, we could still use the old mountain gate, which was more convenient than the regular tourist entrance. A tip for everyone: pre-booked tickets cannot be used even a second before your scheduled time, so don't arrive too early. We booked a stream trekking activity through the hotel and had a fantastic time, so much so that we missed our return bus. We contacted our butler, and they specially dispatched a private car to pick us up from the scenic area. We had a wonderful time during our two-day stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly. No matter if your request was outside their usual scope of responsibility, they handled it with kindness, actively sought solutions, and did everything they could. My accompanying friend, who has stayed in many high-end hotels both domestically and internationally, was also very impressed. They even said the service was better than some hotels costing ten thousand a day. Upon departure, we were given a small fridge magnet as a souvenir. The service was meticulously attentive. "The air is fresh, and the hotel environment is comfortable. The convenient mountain trail makes it feel like the entrance to the Old Mountain Gate is just a few steps from the hotel. A hotel car picked us up after we came down the mountain. Oh, and on the bus from the high-speed rail station back to the hotel, it was just our family – that kind of service was amazing! The real volcanic hot springs were a hit with both kids, especially the fish pond. The butler service was almost perfect; they went out of their way to help me with problems and various requests. We also tried all the experiences the hotel offered. If you don't want to experience the hustle and bustle of the town, are going up to see Tianchi Lake with kids and want to avoid hassle, and your budget allows, I'd say go for it without hesitation."

"Located in the Endori leisure area, dining and drinking options are easily accessible. The hotel boasts a strong design aesthetic with an overall Kyoto-inspired style, giving it a tranquil, secluded feel. The rooms are spacious with new facilities, and the balcony offers a great spot for tea while enjoying the evening street view. The hot spring bath with real thermal water is comfortable and clean. Breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the light meal vegetables are delicious. The staff members are enthusiastic; one young man helped with luggage from the parking lot and even recommended a restaurant with good value for money. In terms of details, the welcome fruit and mini-bar drinks are of high quality, and the disposable amenities like slippers and toiletries are excellent, especially the slippers. This is a business that truly puts effort into what they do."

"This is my second time staying in Erdaobaihe Town. Last time, I stayed at the more secluded Jingya Villa, but this time I'm in town, and the styles are quite different. Right across the street is the riverside green belt of Erdaobaihe, which is perfect for walking the dog. A short walk south leads to the Chinese Merganser Park, which is a bit busier, but thankfully, people there, whether old or young, aren't afraid of dogs. The guesthouse is located in an older residential area, and the only downside is that parking can be a bit challenging. However, for both days I was there, the owner and housekeeper went out of their way to find me the closest parking spot, making it convenient for me to get my luggage. When the owner's family saw we had a dog, they proactively invited us to let our dogs play together. Unfortunately, my super introverted dog gets very nervous and wary around all dogs, big or small. Plus, there was a hilarious mix-up when we first checked in, and my dog ran into the owner's room, leading to a little doggie squabble, haha!🤣 The housekeeper's service was also very attentive and responsive. They were always available via WeChat. The room felt very homey. On this trip, from Shanghai to Inner Mongolia, to Mohe, and then to Changbai Mountain, this was the most relaxing stay. It's the combination of the layout, cleanliness, and facilities that gives you this feeling. Dogs aren't allowed in the scenic area, so I spent a day playing with my dog in the room and around the guesthouse, and it truly felt like being at home – relaxing and enjoyable. There are plenty of food options around the guesthouse, making it very convenient for both takeout and dining in. The summer weather in Changbai Mountain is truly delightful; the temperature is very comfortable, and it's not even too hot in the sun. On the day my family went up to Tianchi, they were incredibly lucky to have clear skies and see the lake. My fondness for Changbai Mountain continues to grow, and I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area."

"Erdaobaihe Town is about 2 kilometers away from the bustling downtown area with many restaurants, making it convenient to get to Enduoli and Yunding Market. Food delivery is also easy to order, with robots delivering right to your door. Mermaid Pine Park is just across the street. The room facilities and decor are quite good, and the hygiene is excellent. The breakfast looks abundant, but in reality, the variety isn't particularly wide, though the taste is decent. A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs. Besides being free for guests, they also welcome external visitors, so there's a fair amount of foot traffic. The hot springs feature indoor pools on the first and second floors. On the third or fourth floor (I can't recall which), there are many saunas and various themed relaxation rooms, including stone, mugwort, and traditional Chinese medicine saunas with different temperatures. The fifth floor has an outdoor swimming pool area. The management is quite mature; the whole process of getting a hand tag, changing shoes, changing clothes, and returning the tag is very smooth and convenient. Visually, the hygiene also seems good. There are several attentive aunties in the changing rooms who actively guide you. There are small spin dryers in the changing rooms, which are handy. If you rinse your swimsuit and use the dryer, it will dry much faster. Overall, the experience was very good. If you choose to stay in Erdaobaihe, this place offers good facilities and hot springs to enjoy."

"Facilities: New Cleanliness: Smart Environment: Similar to Nianhua Bay, parking around the hotel, it should be better once fully built. Service: 3.5, a bit low because of a minor oversight in cleaning on the first day, and some staff seemed unfamiliar with the surroundings. Minibar: Generous Travel worry-free - Changbaishan High-speed Rail Station pick-up/drop-off service: Came by plane, haven't used it yet. First time writing a Ctrip review, doing a task for a good rating. The front desk and breakfast area staff deserve full marks for their patience with the elderly. Others should learn from them (even though it's part of their job). The small self-service restaurant was surprisingly exquisite, delicious, and flavorful. It would be great if they could offer afternoon tea in the future. It doesn't necessarily have to follow other hotels with lunch and dinner. The restaurant across from the hotel window had a Golden Osmanthus fish that was rich and flavorful, just to my liking. Keep up the good work climbing the North Slope! This is a great place for everyone to relax and unwind. Suggestion: Suites could include a coffee capsule machine to enhance the stay experience. If it rains, you can happily stay in the hotel and enjoy a series of activities ^_^ The arcade coin experience was great. Although I didn't win, it would be nice if they offered a small plush toy 🧸, but that's just a personal suggestion."

"Great proactive service by 小许 and 小于 who helped a lot via WeChat. Arranged free transportation to and from the railway station and to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Centre (I think that's what it's called). They also proactively asked me daily if there was anything that I needed help in and their response was very quick. Very commendable. There is also a deer park within the hotel grounds which was nice. Breakfast was above average. We also ate at the hotel for dinner twice and the food quality was good. Sound proofing of the room was excellent so noise was not an issue. A very good hotel within walking distance to the Chinese Merganser Park."

"This hotel is super convenient, clean, and odor-free, with no hidden nooks for dirt. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and patient, offering great advice and being very kind. Right across the street is Meirensong Park, which is beautiful. What really blew me away was finding such a rich breakfast, comparable to a 5-star hotel, at this price during peak summer, *and* getting to enjoy the hot springs! It felt like I'd struck gold, haha! I even got to see Tianchi Lake! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this trip. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in town. Thumbs up! 💪"
