The hotel offers a thoughtful pick-up service, and the driver was very friendly. The front desk staff were patient and polite. Upon arrival, our booked room wasn't ready, but as a member, we got a room upgrade for 20 [currency unit] for one night. The hotel's location is excellent, close to everything. Right outside is the Wetland Flower Sea, and it's just a few hundred meters walk to the Reindeer Park. It's also a short stroll to Meiren Song Langqiao Park and Yunding Market. About 100 meters from the hotel, there are three bus routes. Two stops will take you directly to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center for ascending the mountain. If you're not in a hurry on your return, you can also take the Route 3 bus to Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station, which is very convenient as you can pay by scanning a QR code via WeChat. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was the same as Atour's at home, making for a very comfortable night's rest. When we came back in the evening, there was even a late-night congee service, so we could enjoy a hot bowl before bed. Very good, highly recommended.

Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. We opted for a 6-person room for convenience, and it had large, comfortable beds. The location is excellent, not far from the market and Enduri. There are plenty of dining options right downstairs. It's also very close to the Tianchi Pool North Distribution Center. The hotel staff were very helpful, even offering a free pickup service from the station. They were proactive in helping us arrange a private car. My family was very satisfied.

When I fell at the hot springs, the hotel staff thoughtfully applied medicine for me. They were truly considerate. We were so happy that the front desk ladies let us checked in early. They are all very friendly and helpful! As we stepped into the room, it’s bright and spacious, just feel like going back home. The beds are cleaned and comfy that we all slept well the past few nights. We loved looking out the window. It’s facing a wetland park. So you could see the tree lines, the beautiful sky and sunrise. The breakfast is good with decent size of options to choose from. This hotel is very closed to the north entrance of Changbaishan that you could practically walk there. All and all, we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This guesthouse offers excellent value for money. The bedding was clean and comfortable (high quality!), the room was spacious, and the overall environment was lovely and very quiet, with no disturbing noises. The location is incredibly convenient. There was no renovation smell or any other odd odors in the room. It's a truly tranquil spot right in the heart of the bustling area. They provide communal washing machines and tumble dryers, and the shower pressure was fantastic – super refreshing! The layout of the space is well thought out. Breakfast was also a highlight; I honestly expected it to be a bit haphazard, given it's a guesthouse, but it exceeded my expectations. It was well-balanced and complete, with bread, milk, and porridge, allowing everyone to take what they liked.

The overall experience was great. The hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service for pickup from the station, and for those driving, there's a free public parking lot with EV charging stations. It also features a restaurant, self-service laundry, and a gym, making it very suitable for families with children, thanks to the free kids' playground and children's toothbrushes and toothpaste provided in the rooms. The amenities are comprehensive, and it's a very convenient base for exploring the mountains.

This stay was a complete delight! I booked the Songjin Scenic King Room, and the 46-square-meter space felt incredibly bright and airy. The natural wood decor was warm and soothing, and the smart home system made everything super convenient. But the absolute best part was the view outside the window. Waking up and opening the curtains, I saw a large snowman with a red scarf standing in the courtyard, and window decals of 'Five Blessings to Your Door' on the glass. The pristine white snow, paired with the cozy, festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year, perfectly brought the beauty of winter to life. The room's comfort was exceptional. The plush bed and sofa allowed me to completely relax, and watching a movie on the projector at night melted all my fatigue away. Breakfast was also incredibly thoughtful. Served individually, the presentation was exquisite and hygienic. The soft corn pancakes, the warming millet porridge, and a bowl of hot noodle soup with a delicious broth – every bite was a comforting treat on a winter's day. From the quality details in the room to the thoughtful outdoor decorations and the comforting, homely breakfast, this place truly excelled in every aspect. If you're looking for a getaway here, this is definitely the place to choose!

The owner was very hospitable, and there were always drivers available at the entrance who were ready to answer any questions or help with travel plans. The aunties at the hot springs were also very warm and helped with towels. The indoor bath was cleaned daily, and overall, everything was quite good. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't clean upon check-in, but the front desk attendant came quickly to address it. Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend it.

I forgot to take photos of the room, so the picture is of the courtyard downstairs where we played in the snow. As someone from the south, this was my first time seeing snow in the north, and I was truly delighted! Everyone I met in the Northeast was so welcoming, the Northeastern cuisine was delicious, and Erdaobaihe Town itself is beautiful.
