ZhenerStayed from September 1st-3rd with friends.
Room: We received an upgrade to a mountain view room, and on clear days, you could see Changbai Mountain. The room was comfortable, and upon entering, there was a pleasant, comforting scent. The butler service was excellent. They communicated with us before check-in, arranged pickup, and proactively checked in after we settled to ensure everything was satisfactory and promptly resolve any issues. Their inquiries weren't just procedural; they genuinely solved problems.
Breakfast and Dinner: Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, easily meeting five-star standards. We left feeling full and satisfied. For dinner, we had the hot pot set for two, which was definitely filling. The restaurant staff were all very warm and friendly. We felt one of the hams in the hot pot set had too much starch and asked to swap it for another dish. Although items in the set couldn't be changed, the manager still offered us a fruit platter as an apology.
Environment: The hotel felt very homey and family-friendly. There were small animals for kids to enjoy and a coffee bookstore for business travelers. The attention to detail was impressive. The complimentary bar drink coupon even included a glass of red wine, which my friend said was excellent – an imported Chilean wine.
Activities: Although Changbai Mountain canceled the hotel's VIP park access, we could still use the old mountain gate, which was more convenient than the regular tourist entrance. A tip for everyone: pre-booked tickets cannot be used even a second before your scheduled time, so don't arrive too early.
We booked a stream trekking activity through the hotel and had a fantastic time, so much so that we missed our return bus. We contacted our butler, and they specially dispatched a private car to pick us up from the scenic area.
We had a wonderful time during our two-day stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly. No matter if your request was outside their usual scope of responsibility, they handled it with kindness, actively sought solutions, and did everything they could. My accompanying friend, who has stayed in many high-end hotels both domestically and internationally, was also very impressed. They even said the service was better than some hotels costing ten thousand a day. Upon departure, we were given a small fridge magnet as a souvenir. The service was meticulously attentive.
Many thanks again to Butler Xiao Gao and the entire WeChat service team.

The hotel rooms are spacious, the service is excellent, and there are many hot springs, both indoor and outdoor. The staff are very welcoming and will promptly address any needs. Although we ate breakfast at Guanyue, the food was plentiful and offered a variety of unique options.

The room was small but well-equipped, the bedding was clean, and the location was good. The only downside was the pillows weren't very comfortable. A complimentary hot spring bath and breakfast were included. The service was decent; the butler recommended a ski resort, but don't expect too much from the complimentary benefits. Even after everyone had left work, they still let us use their restaurant for drinks. Compared to the Puyue across the street, it offers much better value. Suitable for family trips.

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

2-hour rafting/skiing (choose one): The rafting was absolutely beautiful, and the rime ice was stunning. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the guesthouse.
The guesthouse also has alpacas, deer, and rabbits that are very friendly and cute.
The room was comfortable and clean. While the location is a bit out of the way, that's exactly the quiet environment we were looking for. The owner can also help arrange a taxi, which is very handy. One time, we needed to go out but couldn't find a car, so the owner, who had just woken up, personally drove us there. Thumbs up!

Guest UserThe hotel has a great location, in Erdaobaihe Town, about 1km from the North Scenic Area distribution center, a 2-minute taxi ride, very convenient. Next to the hotel are the Xueronghua Reindeer Park and Wetland Park, and about 3km from Enduli, about an 8 yuan taxi ride. Previous reviews said the breakfast was average, but I really have to give the restaurant a huge thumbs up. Although the restaurant isn't as luxuriously decorated as other star-rated hotels, the variety is complete, and the food is delicious. There were about four stir-fried dishes, each one very tasty, perfectly embodying the flavors and aromas of Northeast China. The fried rice was also excellent, and there was a good selection of whole grains like sweet potatoes and corn. I've eaten at many high-end hotel restaurants, and none of them tasted as good as this. Highly recommended! The price is also very affordable during the off-season. The receptionist was very nice, the stay was comfortable, the mattress was good, and the cleanliness was good. I saw Tianchi Lake; Changbai Mountain is so beautiful! The people of Erdaobaihe Town and Jilin were very nice. 👍

Right at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

Great experience with the hotel stay. Room are big and comfortable. Great breakfast variety but taste is average. Have lot of fun activities within the resort like snow slide and snow mobile ginseng expeneruces with good guides bring us around. People around the area friendly. Except for impatient pickup driver as we are slight late due to network problem while we in mid of liaisng with hotel on pickup location at carpark, nearly collision with bus during our ride to the hotel. Drop off driver is very friendly and helpful. We had a very tasty and delicious dinner at the BBQ resturant that hotel offer us a voucher for our dining. Attraction Tianci is closed per reception. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Guest UserLocation: It's near Changbaishan Station and offers a shuttle service, but during peak season, three people squeezed into the back row was quite uncomfortable. Room: The room was spacious, and the sofa bed was made up. The split-level setup was relatively comfortable. The hot springs were great. Breakfast variety and taste were just average. The 'Little Explorer' activity turned out to be just hotel staff leading a craft session. There was no public notice or mention at check-in. It was only when I asked at the front desk upon checkout that I was able to get two craft kits.
