"Extremely satisfied! I booked my stay on ***** New Year's Eve quite early. Originally, the owner wasn't planning on operating and wanted to close for the holiday, but they still accepted our booking and hosted us. We arrived around 8 or 9 PM that evening, and the owner was waiting for us and even presented us with a blessed Hada (******* ceremonial scarf). Before arriving, I called ahead to ask if dinner was available. The owner's chef was on holiday, so they arranged for the restaurant next door to wait for us, where we had a delicious clear yak meat hot pot.
The hotel room's overall decor is in the ******* style, which my parents loved, and the price during the Chinese New Year period was very reasonable. Breakfast was prepared by the owner and his wife. They even asked about our planned departure time so they could get up and wait for us. The dumplings đĽ were delicious, and the owner's wife thoughtfully gave a small red envelope 𧧠to the child. So considerate! Thumbs up! đđťđđťđđť"

"The hotel's location is decent, not too far from the town center on foot. There aren't many restaurants around, but there's a ******* restaurant downstairs. The staff were very welcoming and proactively helped with luggage since there's no elevator. However, if you're checking out early in the morning, you'll have to carry your own bags down, which is a minor drawback. The room itself was pretty standard, with all the necessary amenities. Since it was winter, there weren't many tourists, and it wasn't noisy at night despite being on the street. I'm not sure if it gets loud during peak season. The exterior doesn't look like much, but the interior decor is quite modern. The bedding was relatively clean, though some of the sheets were torn â they should pay more attention to details. Overall, the value for money is still good, and I recommend staying here."

"Before coming, I looked at several guesthouses in Heishui County and finally chose this one. Both the environment and service were great! It's very close to the scenic area, and the owner arranged for someone to pick us up and drop us off. We loved the style of our roomâit was spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean. The air conditioning was adjustable and provided warmth, so we didn't feel cold at night! It was super cozy! It's a whole guesthouse with its own courtyard, and the owner was very welcomingâthey even helped us with our luggage! So thoughtful! I'd definitely book this guesthouse again next time I come back. "This is a brand new hotel that has everything. You can easily walk to the food district, and there's a large convenience store right at the entrance of the alley. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has separate toilet and shower areas. If you don't mind that the towels are disposable and a bit thinner than usual, then it's a perfectly comfortable and excellent stay. It's also not far from Takashimaya."

"We stayed at the Heishui and Siguniang Mountain resorts for three days and absolutely loved the butler service at Gar Manor! From the moment we got off the bus, we were completely taken care of. The butler eagerly carried our luggage and checked us in, making it incredibly easy.
The breakfast was plentiful, with a mix of whole grains and protein. The warm black pig's trotters and stir-fried pork in the evening were a thoughtful touch. The most touching thing was that the butler even brought us an umbrella on a rainy day, holding it for us along the way and providing hot tea. These little touches are truly heartwarming!
The mountain-view loft we stayed in at Siguniang Mountain had a fantastic view, with both floors offering views of the lake and mountains. On a clear day, the lake sparkled like diamonds, while on a rainy day, the misty clouds shrouded the place like a fairyland. It truly soothed me here and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Siguniang Mountain!"

"We and our friend moved from another accommodation because they did not want to clean the room. When I booked this room, I felt very lucky because the room was clean and the owner took good care of it. We were very hungry, so the hotel found a dinner restaurant for you. We think this restaurant is delicious. Kind shop owner Plus give us a lot of things Try to eat, the food tastes salty. Back to the hotel, the bathroom is very good, I can say that it is the best bathroom in China since coming here. Sit and warm your ass We come at the end of May. The weather is about one main number, it rains a little. And in the morning, the accommodation also has breakfast. Best, recommend, take care of Deco. If you can attach a video video, I would like to attach it because it is very good. Accommodation is not far from dagu. We are lucky to find a taxi, take care of it well, so it is very convenient to take us to pick up and drop off."

"Hygiene: Very clean, and they even provide disinfectant alcohol (Picture 3), which is great for germaphobes! The tissues are also from C&S.
Environment: There are many guesthouses nearby, all run by locals, offering a very authentic local experience.
Facilities: We drove here. If you need to charge your car, you can do so at a fish restaurant next door. You can also cast movies from your phone to the TV in the room.
Service: You can book tickets for Dagu Glacier through the host, which is slightly cheaper than booking yourself. They also prepare their own breakfast, which includes butter tea and is quite unique.
If you're looking for places to eat, I recommend the Hade Plaza in Heishui County, as there are more options there. We tried a ******* restaurant called Xiangnage, and the food was pretty good."

GGuest UserAfter visiting Dagu Glacier with friends, I opened Ctrip and saw this Gar Manor B&B. It is close to the scenic area, but the road up the mountain is a bit tortuous, a winding mountain road. Fortunately, the road surface is all asphalt and relatively spacious, not as difficult to drive as imagined. Although it is the rainy season these days, I didnât expect the clouds in the mountains to be very beautiful, so it was not a wasted trip. The hygiene in the hotel can be said to be very attentive, and even those who are a little bit obsessed with cleanliness can be satisfied. Then the most impressive thing is the service of the housekeepers. They were very proactive in receiving us, and even their enthusiasm made us a little embarrassed. I heard that Heishui will be more beautiful in the golden autumn season, and I will come here to stay and experience it then.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

They helped us so much even though we donât speak Chinese and always booked Ubers for us. Her kids were super cute and friendly and tried to play with us. The staffâs service was excellent. Even after breakfast hours they made sure we had something to eat. They replied to messages quickly and were always there whenever we needed help. They even helped us find train tickets. Staying here was completely worth it. I canât say enough how much I loved it.

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel.
When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. Iâve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. Iâll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit éťć°´ again.

The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic; whenever I had a problem, I liked to go to her, and she always helped. It was a very satisfying stay. The lobby is spacious, the environment is great, the front desk service is excellent, and check-in was fast. The room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, and the room has smart controls. They even offered a free late check-out, which was really nice. It's a fantastic hotel. They also gave a free bottle of mineral water upon check-in. The room is spacious, well-lit, bright, and fully equipped. The front desk service is exceptional, and breakfast is also great. There's free parking, and it's very convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

NnalzanarmiThis place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked đ¤Ł. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us âĽď¸. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. đ
