GGuest UserThe hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible. Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

FFaqih FrhanArrived on 18 January around 8.30 pm. We were greeted by friendly gantlemen and assisted us with the luggage direct to the room. Even we not speak with the same langguage but they still helping us by using translator. The room come with big screen + projector. This hotel location very strategic just 10-15 mins to go Dagu Glacier. However if hotel provides a iron & iron board each floor for hotel guest will be more wonderfull.

PPavida SeedaThe room was big, clean, and beautiful with everything we needed. Everything felt modern, convenient, and easy to use. The owner, her kids, and the staff were amazing. They helped us so much even though we don’t speak Chinese and always booked Ubers for us. Her kids were super cute and friendly and tried to play with us. The staff’s service was excellent. Even after breakfast hours they made sure we had something to eat. They replied to messages quickly and were always there whenever we needed help. They even helped us find train tickets. Staying here was completely worth it. I can’t say enough how much I loved it.

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

NnalzanarmiThis place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

BBenchayaPI’ve recently checked in there with my mom:). The owner is so friendly and kindness. She manages booking to Dagu Gracier for us so it’s so convenient. The room is tidy and the food there is delicious. The owner can speak English very well so the foreigners don’t be worry about that.Nice place :) I love it

The newly opened hotel, the environment is very clean, the scenery is good, the key boss is very warm and friendly, and the cooking is delicious! There is also a cute kitten from the boss. AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is decent, not too far from the town center on foot. There aren't many restaurants around, but there's a ******* restaurant downstairs. The staff were very welcoming and proactively helped with luggage since there's no elevator. However, if you're checking out early in the morning, you'll have to carry your own bags down, which is a minor drawback. The room itself was pretty standard, with all the necessary amenities. Since it was winter, there weren't many tourists, and it wasn't noisy at night despite being on the street. I'm not sure if it gets loud during peak season. The exterior doesn't look like much, but the interior decor is quite modern. The bedding was relatively clean, though some of the sheets were torn – they should pay more attention to details. Overall, the value for money is still good, and I recommend staying here.
