The room's balcony overlooks a mountain ablaze with red, yellow, and green hues. The facilities are clean, the service is attentive, and they even proactively offered suggestions for the best spots to photograph the autumn colors. Comfortable to stay in and soothing to behold, this is the perfect choice for your autumn getaway!

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible. Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

This hotel was amazing! It feels like a newly opened hotel, but everything is very well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel restaurant serves Hunan-style hot pot for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. There were also many Thai guests staying here. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but it wasn’t a problem at all because the weather is cool throughout the year. I accidentally left some belongings at the hotel, and the staff kindly helped coordinate the return shipment. The service was excellent in every aspect. This hotel is really, really good, and incredibly cheap compared to some places back home. It's clean and comes fully equipped with amenities. No need to lug around a hair dryer, toothbrush, or toothpaste, saving you luggage space! The room is beautiful with a mountain view, but since it doesn't snow, it looks a bit dry. 😂 I'm impressed! The service is excellent, and breakfast is provided.

The room was big, clean, and beautiful with everything we needed. Everything felt modern, convenient, and easy to use. The owner, her kids, and the staff were amazing. They helped us so much even though we don’t speak Chinese and always booked Ubers for us. Her kids were super cute and friendly and tried to play with us. The staff’s service was excellent. Even after breakfast hours they made sure we had something to eat. They replied to messages quickly and were always there whenever we needed help. They even helped us find train tickets. Staying here was completely worth it. I can’t say enough how much I loved it.

I highly recommend the Heishui Yunhu Boutique B&B! The floor-to-ceiling glass design provides excellent natural light, and the views outside the window are picturesque. The facilities are modern and thoughtfully designed, exuding a high-end feel. The cleanliness is impeccable; it's the tidiest B&B I've ever stayed in. The butler service is meticulous and heartwarming. As a 'Golden Panda Certified B&B,' the public spaces are incredibly rich, with a café, book bar, and photography studio that are both relaxing and engaging. The hundred-year-old walnut tree within adds so much character. It's only 6km from Dagu Glacier, a few minutes' drive, and about 10-odd kilometers to San'ao Snow Mountain. The owner can also help purchase discounted scenic area tickets. Life in the county is convenient, making it perfectly suited for both self-driving tours and leisurely trips. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic!

The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch. The panoramic elevator and floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views. It's conveniently located near Dagu Glacier and the most beautiful ******* villages. The owner and front desk staff were very friendly and provided thoughtful service. It was a great stay overall.

I really loved my stay here! The hotel owner was incredibly attentive and helpful. When I had an issue with my room, they promptly moved me to a new, larger one. They even invited me to share a meal with their family, which was such a warm and touching gesture. The owner also provided transportation to various places, making my travels incredibly convenient. This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍
