I chose this hotel entirely because of its stunning autumn scenery! The room's balcony overlooks a mountain ablaze with red, yellow, and green hues. You can wake up to morning mist swirling around the colorful forest, and the sunset casting its glow through the trees at dusk is simply breathtaking.
The facilities are clean, the service is attentive, and they even proactively offered suggestions for the best spots to photograph the autumn colors. Comfortable to stay in and soothing to behold, this is the perfect choice for your autumn getaway!

GGuest UserThe hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

GGuest UserMy friend has been recommending this hotel to me since he came here last year. After experiencing it, I feel that it is indeed worthy of its reputation! It has been open for four or five years. The facilities and equipment of the ******* house are well maintained. The beds in the room are very soft and comfortable, and the sanitary environment of the entire manor is also very good.
The service of the housekeeper and the restaurant is even better. The most comfortable thing is that when you meet the hotel staff on the road, they will greet you warmly, and you really feel at home.
I heard that autumn is the most beautiful time here. Next time you have a chance, you must come and see it! See the spring scenery once and the autumn scenery once

FFaqih FrhanArrived on 18 January around 8.30 pm. We were greeted by friendly gantlemen and assisted us with the luggage direct to the room. Even we not speak with the same langguage but they still helping us by using translator.
The room come with big screen + projector.
This hotel location very strategic just 10-15 mins to go Dagu Glacier. However if hotel provides a iron & iron board each floor for hotel guest will be more wonderfull.

PPavida SeedaThe room was big, clean, and beautiful with everything we needed. Everything felt modern, convenient, and easy to use. The owner, her kids, and the staff were amazing. They helped us so much even though we don’t speak Chinese and always booked Ubers for us. Her kids were super cute and friendly and tried to play with us. The staff’s service was excellent. Even after breakfast hours they made sure we had something to eat. They replied to messages quickly and were always there whenever we needed help. They even helped us find train tickets. Staying here was completely worth it. I can’t say enough how much I loved it.

GGuest UserI highly recommend the Heishui Yunhu Boutique B&B! The floor-to-ceiling glass design provides excellent natural light, and the views outside the window are picturesque. The facilities are modern and thoughtfully designed, exuding a high-end feel. The cleanliness is impeccable; it's the tidiest B&B I've ever stayed in. The butler service is meticulous and heartwarming. As a 'Golden Panda Certified B&B,' the public spaces are incredibly rich, with a café, book bar, and photography studio that are both relaxing and engaging. The hundred-year-old walnut tree within adds so much character. It's only 6km from Dagu Glacier, a few minutes' drive, and about 10-odd kilometers to San'ao Snow Mountain. The owner can also help purchase discounted scenic area tickets. Life in the county is convenient, making it perfectly suited for both self-driving tours and leisurely trips. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic!

GGuest UserBefore coming, I looked at several guesthouses in Heishui County and finally chose this one. Both the environment and service were great! It's very close to the scenic area, and the owner arranged for someone to pick us up and drop us off. We loved the style of our room—it was spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean. The air conditioning was adjustable and provided warmth, so we didn't feel cold at night! It was super cozy! It's a whole guesthouse with its own courtyard, and the owner was very welcoming—they even helped us with our luggage! So thoughtful! I'd definitely book this guesthouse again next time I come back. GGuest UserThis is my first review, and it's completely honest. This is the best hotel I've stayed at during my travels here. The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic; whenever I had a problem, I liked to go to her, and she always helped. It was a very satisfying stay. The lobby is spacious, the environment is great, the front desk service is excellent, and check-in was fast. The room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, and the room has smart controls. They even offered a free late check-out, which was really nice. It's a fantastic hotel. They also gave a free bottle of mineral water upon check-in. The room is spacious, well-lit, bright, and fully equipped. The front desk service is exceptional, and breakfast is also great. There's free parking, and it's very convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserComfortable and cozy room with Japanese-style decorations. I especially love the heated bed topper. The hotel staff, which we think is also the owner, is really nice and friendly. It is a little far from Heishui downtown, but there was nothing to do in town at night anyway, so no issue there. Having said that the hotel is not close to Heishui city, the staff offered to bring us dinner, so eating was not an issue.
The hotel is located close to Dagu Glacier with around 5-min taxi ride.

MM532997****The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The underfloor heating in the room kept it nice and warm, and there was plenty of space. Parking was convenient, and downstairs there were restaurants with fresh ingredients, delicious food, and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back again.
