"Pros: Extremely close to the boarding gate, very convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. Cons: 1. I saw bathrobes in all the room pictures on Ctrip, but there weren't any when I checked in. Before heading out, I requested a bathrobe to be sent to the room. When I returned, I found the bathrobe placed next to the towels under the sink (the empty space in the orange cabinet in the pictures). I couldn't understand why it wasn't hung on a hanger or placed on the bed. 2. When showering, I noticed there was only shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. After my shower, I found the conditioner above the sink. Again, I couldn't understand this placement. 3. The concierge was located next to the hotel entrance. I complained to the concierge staff, saying, ”Why is the concierge so far away? I walked all the way to the front desk and had to come back.” The male staff member replied, ”All hotel concierges are at the hotel entrance.” I'm sorry, but this is the only hotel I've stayed in where the concierge desk and the front desk aren't in the same lobby. It feels like the hotel might not be short of guests, giving off a 'take it or leave it' vibe. However, the popular hotels near Tianfu Airport generally offer average service, so if you want to save time, you can choose this one. If you're looking for value for money, choosing another hotel wouldn't make much difference."

"Just a ten-minute drive from the airport, this hotel is located in a rural area that seems to have a lot of hotels converted from renovated farmhouses. I booked a deluxe twin room, which was a decent size, but the bathroom was incredibly small. My knees nearly touched the wall when I sat on the toilet; I doubt a larger man would even fit. The window overlooked a narrow gap between buildings, which was a far cry from the pictures and affected the natural light, let alone any view. There's a restaurant downstairs with reasonable prices."

"The room and bathroom were spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower water was great. Plus, it was very quiet. There was a kids' pool area, which my child really enjoyed. The hotel's buffet didn't have a huge variety, but I had both breakfast and dinner there, and the quality was decent. Being located inside the airport made check-in convenient, and you can even relax in the hotel lobby while waiting for security. Highly recommend! 👍"

"I had an urgent need to use a computer today, and I'm so grateful to the front desk lady for kindly arranging it. The airport shuttle service was also excellent! My only minor feedback is that breakfast cleanup started a bit too early. Since it's summer and many guests have kids, the breakfast hours could be adjusted. 👍👍👍 Earplugs for soundproofing: Very useful as there were planes overhead at night."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and overall it's still quite good. The room was clean and tidy, and the service attitude was excellent. The main reason I love this hotel is their airport shuttle service; it takes away all worries about missing a flight. The front desk staff are very thoughtful and will remind you of your shuttle departure time, and it's free too! 😀😀 The shampoo in the room is great, my hair felt so refreshed after washing. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

Environment: There's construction nearby, and someone was setting off firecrackers in the morning, which was a bit strange. Service: The front desk was busy, and the service was just average. I stayed here purely for convenience: 1. It's a 10-minute drive to the county town with many good restaurants; 2. It's a 15-minute drive to the airport, and the airport shuttle service is excellent, even helping with luggage. If you don't have kids, I'd suggest staying a bit further out. It's genuinely hard to find a good hotel near the airport."

The owner proactively called to arrange pick-up and drop-off, and meticulously asked about my needs for the room, bathroom, and other details. The service was thoughtful without being overbearing. The hotel is just the right distance from the night market – close enough to walk to, but far enough that it’s not noisy at night. Unlike other places that stay loud until 11 PM, I could get an early night and be ready for the next day's travel, ensuring great sleep quality. All the amenities are there, including laundry and shuttle service, and they even have adorable kittens at the hotel!"

"I saw quite a few negative reviews on the platform and didn't have high hopes, but after checking in, I realized it was excellent value for money! The airport shuttle was on time and very convenient. The entire resort was clean and tidy, and the 'boutique building' room I stayed in was also very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough. All my requests when booking, like 'no ground floor', 'non-smoking', and 'quiet room', were met. There's self-service laundry available, and any requests made to the front desk were patiently handled. Breakfast was a bit average, but it was filling, no problem there! It truly exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend. Oh, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was the first off the shuttle to check in, so it was done quickly. By the time my husband and child came with the luggage, there was already a long line behind us!"

"The hotel facilities are complete and in good condition. The environment is quite pleasant. There are plenty of food options nearby, practically a whole street dedicated to snacks. The breakfast is also rich and varied, and everything tastes delicious. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport subway, so you don't have to worry about missing your flight. It's clean, and the service is excellent and very thoughtful."

"To catch our 11:30 AM flight the next day, we chose to stay at the JI Hotel near Tianfu. Since Tianfu is a new area, it's pretty dark around, but there are a few snack bars and restaurants open downstairs. The service and environment at JI Hotel were excellent, as always. A convenient bonus was the free airport shuttle. You can book it a day in advance. When we checked in, the front desk attendant kindly brought it up, asked for our flight time and gate, and helped us figure out which shuttle to take. This made our departure the next day very relaxed and pleasant; we had plenty of time. Thank you! Our stay was very comfortable, with almost no noise from the surroundings."
