"This airport hotel is a must-book for anyone transferring through Ganzi, especially for morning flights. This was my third time staying here, and it came in handy once again! Around 5 AM, we suddenly received a notification that our booked flight was canceled. The only remaining flight that day was at 8:35 AM. My husband said it was a good thing we were staying at an airport hotel. We were able to rebook our flight, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, and depart without any hassle!"

"I chose this hotel for my layover because it showed it was close to the airport and offered shuttle service. I arrived very late, around 12 AM. I thought the pick-up service wouldn't be available anymore because when I called earlier in the day, they told me to check their official WeChat account for the schedule. After I collected my luggage, I saw that I had missed their last pick-up time, so I took a taxi to the hotel. When I arrived at the main lobby entrance, the security guard said I wasn't staying there. It was raining heavily that night, so we had to wait at the lobby entrance for their shuttle bus to pick us up. Then I heard their staff saying they needed to go pick up people from the airport first [I wondered why they didn't mention they had airport pick-ups until late at night when I called earlier]. After waiting for a while in the lobby, a shuttle bus finally took us to a different building to stay. The shuttle couldn't even reach the hotel entrance, so after getting off, we still had to walk through a courtyard to get to our building. Honestly, I was so frustrated. The next morning, it was still raining when I woke up. When I left the building, there were no umbrellas available. Luckily, a staff member passed by, and I asked her to get an umbrella from another building. Dragging my suitcase, there was still quite a distance to the breakfast restaurant. I had to wait for the shuttle bus again to help transport my luggage. After breakfast, I took their airport shuttle bus back to the airport. To be honest, the hotel environment was quite good, and the breakfast spread was rich. However, it's not suitable for a layover stay. The building I stayed in was very far from the main lobby and the restaurant. It would be fine without rain, but with rain, it was incredibly inconvenient."

The breakfast is also rich and varied, and everything tastes delicious. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport subway, so you don't have to worry about missing your flight. It's clean, and the service is excellent and very thoughtful."

"Super lovely hotel and only 15 minutes Didi from the Tianfu airport. It's located in a sports complex which is very quiet and quite unusual to wander around as there are only other airport guests around. The hotel room was clean with a super comfy bed, great shower, minifridge and a tea set to relax and enjoy. The Sichuan restaurant in the middle of the complex is super delicious and well-priced."
