Jianyang Mountain view Hotels

Excellent, absolutely excellent! I stayed at this hotel last year and chose it again this year. The service is incredibly warm and friendly. From the moment the driver picked me up until I checked into my room, someone was there to help with my luggage every step of the way. They also offer convenient airport pick-up and drop-off services.

The airport transfer service was convenient. The facilities are new, and the hygiene is excellent. The surroundings are great, with plenty of food options downstairs, making it highly recommended. It takes about half an hour to get to the airport. The hotel's location is superb, with high floors offering beautiful views. The hotel's service and facilities are also very thoughtful and complete, and the staff are very professional, making us feel very safe and comfortable. The hotel's facilities are luxurious and comfortable, especially the rooms and bedding.

My overall experience at the Xi'an Hotel was fantastic this time. I felt very secure and well-rested. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were quick, and they thoughtfully reminded me about airport transfer details. The airport transfer was punctual and convenient, and the location is perfect for airport transits. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

This hotel truly understands 'invisible service.' The cleanliness is impeccable yet unobtrusive. I accidentally dropped an earring into a bed crevice, and the cleaning staff not only found it but also wiped it with an alcohol swab before returning it to me. The shuttle service was 100% punctual, and the car's air freshener was pleasant and not overpowering. The surrounding area isn't filled with tourist traps; instead, you'll find local eateries with long lines, like a braised food stall and handmade spring rolls. I even packed some to eat on the plane, and my seatmate asked for the link!

1. **Service:** The staff were warm and thoughtful, highly efficient, and proactively helped with luggage. The service experience was excellent. 2. **Hygiene:** The entire room was clean and tidy, with fresh linens changed for each guest and no unpleasant odors. Housekeeping was meticulous. 3. **Facilities:** The hardware is brand new and complete, with good soundproofing, comfortable bedding, and stable internet. 4. **Airport Shuttle:** Free shuttle service to and from Tianfu Airport, operating 24 hours, making early flights stress-free.

The bed was huge, but the location was a bit out of the way, up in the mountains, which made it very quiet. It was close to the airport, and they even provided bread and milk. The facilities were all good, with strong A/C and water pressure. The only downside was quite a few bugs. They also offered airport shuttle service! All in all, great value for the price!

Close to the airport with a free shuttle service, and well-equipped facilities. The elevator was a lifesaver for luggage. Staff were friendly, and overall it's great value for money, perfect for those with early morning flights.

My stay here was nothing short of perfect, and I'm compelled to give it a full five-star review! I had pre-booked the airport transfer service, and while I was initially worried it might cause delays, the driver was perfectly on time, waiting exactly at the designated spot. Seeing our several large suitcases, he immediately and warmly came forward to assist us, helping us all the way to the hotel entrance. This prompt and thoughtful service instantly swept away all the fatigue from our journey. Upon checking in at the front desk, the staff member was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. She patiently answered all our questions, and the check-in process was very swift. She even proactively shared helpful information about local amenities around the hotel. Our first impression was absolutely stellar. Stepping into the room, I was completely blown away. The bed linens were sparkling clean and felt incredibly soft, the floors were so pristine you could comfortably walk barefoot, and the bathroom's glass door and sink were spotless, with not a single water stain. Even the mirror was polished to a brilliant shine. There was absolutely no need to worry about hygiene; all I wanted to do was lie down comfortably and relax. From the seamless transport coordination and meticulous service details to the core cleanliness of the accommodation, every single aspect was executed flawlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Without a doubt, it will be my top choice the next time I'm in the area!

The hotel was good , clean. Staffs were friendly and good. 24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning. It was much more than my expectation for the price. The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.
