"This hotel is perfectly located in Zao Yan Plaza. It's just a short walk from where the long-distance bus drops you off, and only about a 10-minute stroll to the scenic area's main entrance. The suite perfectly met our needs – it was spacious and clean. The hallway had a unique charm, and all the amenities were well-stocked. Downstairs, the breakfast was excellent too. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and they even contacted us in advance to confirm our details."

"Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money. We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives. The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance. What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place. Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!"

"This is a business-type hotel with spacious rooms and a good separation of wet and dry areas. The front desk staff were very attentive, offering sightseeing recommendations and helping us arrange a private car service. We even got a free room upgrade! The breakfast was excellent, a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and overall, it's great value for money. When we were there, the hotel was making Ciba (sticky rice cake), which was a nice experience. The only minor downside is that the shuttle service only goes to the scenic area one-way, and it's hard to get a taxi back to the hotel. It's more convenient to arrange a private car in advance. The hotel is about 3KM from the entrance, which might be a bit far if you're traveling with elderly people, but if you're fit, it's not really an issue."

The hotel is just outside the bustling street of Pengfeng Village, which is closest to the scenic spot in Jiuzhaigou. There are Tibetan restaurants, Chinese food, hot pot, and barbecue. , convenience stores, pharmacies, KFC restaurants, etc., are all available. In front of the hotel, there are sightseeing walking paths and cycling paths along the river, which are convenient for walking or cycling to view the scenery.The hotel has reasonable design, novel decoration, well-equipped facilities, 24-hour hot water, wireless WiFi, central air-conditioning, high-quality bedding, and a small parking lot in the hotel.
"This is my second stay at the Starlight Hotel. It's close to the Zangwang Plaza drop-off point, and there are plenty of food and drink options nearby. The entrance to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area is about 1km away. [Tips] The front desk staff will explain how to explore the area and provide a map of the scenic spot. [Breakfast] Not provided, you'll need to eat out. [Pros] The environment is clean and tidy, the room is quite spacious, and the air quality is good – no smoke, mold, or sewage smells! Hot water comes out in genuinely 3 seconds. There's also a portable clothes rack in the room, which is perfect for hanging wet clothes; they dry overnight with the air conditioning on, very practical. The bathroom has a three-part wet/dry separation. For heating, there's an electric blanket. My last visit was in early March, and I was freezing cold walking through the Reed Lake section. I asked the front desk to turn on the electric blanket, and it was lovely to snuggle into the warm bed when I got back to the hotel. Be careful with the drain stopper; instructions are posted on the wall. Don't be like me and use too much force, causing the screw to come off the drain stopper. I had to trouble the manager to fix it (they didn't charge me, and even raved about how this mechanical type of drain stopper is indestructible!)."

The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. They even gave us an extra breakfast portion, which was a nice surprise. The shuttle driver recommended by the hotel was also great, definitely worth a shout-out. Getting to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area by taxi was convenient, and there were plenty of snack bars and tasty food options nearby. Thumbs up all around!"

"Traveling with the object in Jiuzhaigou, this homestay is definitely the biggest surprise of this trip! The homestay is hidden in the mountains and forests, the environment is quiet and quiet, away from the noise of the main road traffic. The room was cleaned very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the hot water was stable for 24 hours, the temperature on the plateau was low at night, and the heating facilities were sufficient. You can rest well after a day of play. The boss is super enthusiastic, check-in is efficient, take the initiative to explain to us the Jiuzhaigou play route, recommend photo spots, and remind the local weather precautions. The most plus point is that you can pick up and drop off the entrance of the scenic spot, saving you the trouble of taking a taxi. The building is a beautiful Tibetan style, the yard is full of atmosphere, and you can see the green mountains and green trees by pushing the window. It is convenient to eat and purchase around, and the overall price/performance ratio is full. Couples are highly recommended for travel, and I will choose here next time I come to Jiuzhaigou!"

It was my first solo trip to Jiuzhaigou, and among all the B&Bs, I chose this one and was very satisfied: 1. **Excellent Location**: It's situated at the entrance of the valley, about a ten-minute drive to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the entrance (return trip not included), which is very convenient. There are also many great ******* restaurants on the surrounding streets. 2. **Great Room Type**: Every room offers a stream-facing view. Listening to the sound of the flowing water is truly therapeutic, and the room's decor is also very comfortable. 3. **Delicious Breakfast**: Although the hotel breakfast isn't super lavish, it's very tasty. The hotel also provides complimentary fruit and homemade yogurt (the yogurt deserves a special mention, it's exceptionally good!). 4. **Self-Service Laundry**: The hotel has a self-service laundry room with dryers, which is very convenient. The machines also seem to have a built-in disinfection function, adding peace of mind. 5. **Amenities on the Third Floor**: The front desk, breakfast area, and hot spring are all on the third floor. After a tiring day exploring the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, coming back to the hotel and soaking our feet in the hot spring really melted away all the fatigue. The hotel also offers craft activities, which is a nice touch."

I rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

We stayed in a family room this time, and the hotel service was excellent. We received welcome fruits, a complimentary traditional costume experience, late check-out, and free late-night snacks. They even provided a shuttle to Jiuzhaigou's entrance. The hotel has a restaurant where you can enjoy dinner. The hygiene and environment were superb, and our butler, Xiao Ban, provided fantastic service, helping us with many issues. Highly recommended!

Exceeded expectations overall! The hotel is located in the Jiuzhaigou Huamei Shengjing Resort. Our butler, Jenny, was incredibly thoughtful, handling our check-in quickly and with a gentle, patient attitude. Her service during our stay was meticulous and attentive; she anticipated our needs and was always ready to help, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable and satisfying. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and featured a well-designed wet/dry separated bathroom with excellent water pressure and 24-hour hot water. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the blackout curtains provided great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the facilities were well-maintained with thoughtful details throughout. It's a very photogenic place, truly enhancing the vacation vibe. The room was very spacious, and the view was fantastic. Plus, there's a balcony perfect for relaxing and taking photos. It was also spotlessly clean. What really stood out was the excellent service. When we checked in, they explained everything clearly. They provided shuttle service practically on demand, picking us up and dropping us off wherever we needed, even for takeaway deliveries right to our door, and they even shuttled us part of the way to the bus stop. The breakfast was also great, with high-quality, freshly prepared dishes that were all delicious. A very pleasant stay overall!

Staying at this Vienna Hotel in Jiuzhaigou was a great decision; everything exceeded my expectations! They offer a shuttle service directly to the scenic area's visitor center every morning, making transportation incredibly convenient. We were traveling with a child, and after we connected with them on WeChat beforehand, they even helped us arrange a pick-up car from the station. The environment here is fantastic, with pristine forest right behind the property. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff member who greeted us was incredibly welcoming and helpful, assisting with our luggage and constantly making sure we had everything we needed. They even provided shuttle service to and from the scenic spots. The ladies in the breakfast area were also very friendly, and the environment was pleasant. It was quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would definitely choose this B&B again if I have the chance.
