The suite perfectly met our needs – it was spacious and clean. The hallway had a unique charm, and all the amenities were well-stocked. Downstairs, the breakfast was excellent too. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and they even contacted us in advance to confirm our details."

"Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money.
We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable.
I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives.
The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance.
What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place.
Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!"

"The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are pristine and there's no need to worry about maintenance issues. It's also kept quite clean, and the room was generally comfortable. I really enjoyed being able to see the Jiuzaigou river flowing downstairs right from my room. As for the location, it's incredibly close to the Jiuzaigou scenic area; there's even a small path directly from the hotel that leads right to it, which is super convenient. For breakfast, I highly recommend the dry-tossed noodles – even in summer, mornings in Jiuzaigou can be a bit chilly. I especially want to commend the Atour S service. I mentioned a request to a young man with an earring in the evening, and the front desk staff the next morning were already aware of it. Many thanks for their attentiveness, they really put effort in. Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond to meet guests' needs whenever possible, which was fantastic, especially as a first-time visitor to Jiuzaigou. It really put me at ease."

The hotel is just outside the bustling street of Pengfeng Village, which is closest to the scenic spot in Jiuzhaigou. There are Tibetan restaurants, Chinese food, hot pot, and barbecue. , convenience stores, pharmacies, KFC restaurants, etc., are all available. In front of the hotel, there are sightseeing walking paths and cycling paths along the river, which are convenient for walking or cycling to view the scenery.The hotel has reasonable design, novel decoration, well-equipped facilities, 24-hour hot water, wireless WiFi, central air-conditioning, high-quality bedding, and a small parking lot in the hotel.
"Worried about traffic jams and difficulty getting a taxi, I booked a hotel right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. It's a 15-minute walk from the scenic area to the hotel, and the parking lot for the ******* King's Feast & Dance show is right next door, just a three-minute walk away. This made it super convenient to head to Huanglong early the next morning. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel even recommended the popular Himalayan restaurant. So, the location is absolutely perfect.
The hotel isn't luxurious, but it's comfortable. What surprised me most was that the flowers at the hotel entrance were all real and very well-kept, not plastic fakes. That immediately made a great first impression. Another thing worth praising is the service. Before arrival, they proactively contacted me with a guide and directions, and upon check-in, they provided a scenic area tour. Finally, when I unexpectedly got my period, the staff kindly and enthusiastically offered sanitary pads to help out. Definitely deserves a good review!"

"This time, my friend and I stayed in a twin room at the Ritz Stanton Garden Hotel, and overall it exceeded our expectations. In terms of hygiene, the room was well-ventilated and dry, without any stuffy odors. The bedding was fresh, and they even provided disposable face towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers, which gave peace of mind even to a germaphobe. For service, the front desk called in advance to confirm our arrival time. Upon arrival, they actively helped us with our luggage and offered bottled water, and patiently explained the sightseeing routes. Regarding facilities, the twin room had smart controls, and the overhead shower worked great. The public areas also featured a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room with dryers, which was incredibly convenient for longer stays. The location was quiet yet central, with plenty of dining options downstairs. The rooftop garden offered a healing view of the mountains and sunset in the evening. Taxis to the gully entrance were just a few minutes away. For the same price range, the amenities are truly excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Jiuzhai."

"Traveling with the object in Jiuzhaigou, this homestay is definitely the biggest surprise of this trip! The homestay is hidden in the mountains and forests, the environment is quiet and quiet, away from the noise of the main road traffic. The room was cleaned very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the hot water was stable for 24 hours, the temperature on the plateau was low at night, and the heating facilities were sufficient. You can rest well after a day of play.
The boss is super enthusiastic, check-in is efficient, take the initiative to explain to us the Jiuzhaigou play route, recommend photo spots, and remind the local weather precautions. The most plus point is that you can pick up and drop off the entrance of the scenic spot, saving you the trouble of taking a taxi.
The building is a beautiful Tibetan style, the yard is full of atmosphere, and you can see the green mountains and green trees by pushing the window. It is convenient to eat and purchase around, and the overall price/performance ratio is full. Couples are highly recommended for travel, and I will choose here next time I come to Jiuzhaigou!"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! It was my first solo trip to Jiuzhaigou, and among all the B&Bs, I chose this one and was very satisfied:
1. **Excellent Location**: It's situated at the entrance of the valley, about a ten-minute drive to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the entrance (return trip not included), which is very convenient. There are also many great ******* restaurants on the surrounding streets.
2. **Great Room Type**: Every room offers a stream-facing view. Listening to the sound of the flowing water is truly therapeutic, and the room's decor is also very comfortable.
3. **Delicious Breakfast**: Although the hotel breakfast isn't super lavish, it's very tasty. The hotel also provides complimentary fruit and homemade yogurt (the yogurt deserves a special mention, it's exceptionally good!).
4. **Self-Service Laundry**: The hotel has a self-service laundry room with dryers, which is very convenient. The machines also seem to have a built-in disinfection function, adding peace of mind.
5. **Amenities on the Third Floor**: The front desk, breakfast area, and hot spring are all on the third floor. After a tiring day exploring the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, coming back to the hotel and soaking our feet in the hot spring really melted away all the fatigue. The hotel also offers craft activities, which is a nice touch."

A special note: rooms booked through Trip.com tend to be in awkward, out-of-the-way spots. Luckily, the hotel itself was decent, but I hope Trip.com stops assigning such rooms. Compared to other platforms, Trip.com consistently assigns the worst rooms."

We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

We especially loved the complimentary late-night snacks, which were a thoughtful touch after a long day of sightseeing. The self-service laundry room was also excellent, with plenty of machines available, making it very convenient for travelers.
A special thank you to 管家央宗, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our stay. Her outstanding service truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

I took my mother to Jiuzhaigou, and she was very satisfied with the hotel. The service was good, and the breakfast had a decent variety. Perhaps because it was off-peak season, there weren't many people. It was very convenient to just grab a taxi right outside the hotel after breakfast, and it took about 15 minutes to reach the entrance of Jiuzhaigou.
When we checked out, we were heading to the bus station, and the hotel staff were very thoughtful and helped us carry our luggage across to the supermarket opposite the hotel.
The hotel shares an outdoor garden with the Conrad, which was very quiet.
However, it would be even better if the restaurant offered more non-spicy dinner options. My mother doesn't eat spicy food, and it was quite difficult for her to choose.

Our stay at Conrad Jiuzhaigou was absolutely perfect, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Kari from Guest Relations! From the thoughtful pre-arrival communication to the meticulous arrangements throughout our stay, Kari's professionalism and warmth made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is beautifully nestled by mountains and water, exuding a rich ******* charm that offers a wonderfully relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle. Our room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and all the high-end amenities worked perfectly and felt incredibly luxurious. Both the scenery and the service deserve full marks. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Jiuzhaigou!

Guest UserMy friends and I drove all the way from Inner Mongolia to visit Jiuzhaigou. After a day of exploring, our clothes were covered in dust. Thankfully, the hotel has a self-service laundry room, so we could wash and dry our dirty clothes right away. The hotel isn't far from the scenic area, making it very convenient for getting around. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's a great place for both seniors and kids to relax. The service was excellent; they even upgraded our rooms for free and made sure we were all together. Plus, the hotel is really close to the scenic area, and they offer a free shuttle service (a buggy) to take us to the entrance. There's also a large parking lot right outside, which is super convenient for those driving.

On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

They even provided shuttle service to and from the scenic spots. The ladies in the breakfast area were also very friendly, and the environment was pleasant. It was quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would definitely choose this B&B again if I have the chance.

There's an outdoor hot spring, but we arrived late at night and didn't have time to use it. The owner was exceptionally warm and welcoming; even though we showed up in the middle of the night, they greeted us with great enthusiasm and thoughtfulness.

Yilia..The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.
