Upon check-in, I received a beautifully prepared welcome gift, including a generous selection of fresh fruit, a hand-drawn greeting card, and vouchers for drinks and breakfast. The attention to detail was impeccable.
Hotel Highlights: The Courtyard by Marriott Korla's design really stands out with its unique local flair, moving beyond a standardized look. It's artistic yet comfortable, and I was particularly impressed by the room layout and the views from the window.
Dining Experience: The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, having access to the Renaissance hotel's pool and fitness center was a great bonus; the facilities and environment there were excellent.

"After comparing several hotels in Korla, this Renaissance, while being on the higher end of the price spectrum, offers incredible value for money. It's located in the Hongyan New District, which is spacious and open. The hotel also has ample parking, both above ground and underground, and it's free for guests. The guest rooms are large and feel airy, not cramped. The decor beautifully blends modern simplicity with elements from the Western Regions – there are many interesting details without being over-the-top or heavy, and the layout feels very comfortable to move around in. The breakfast, served daily on the first floor, offers a wide variety of dishes, including many authentic Xinjiang specialties. Honestly, you almost don't need to go out to try local snacks, haha! The service was prompt and responsive. I encountered Hailey both at check-in and check-out, and she was incredibly warm and hospitable. She enthusiastically recommended some great night markets and eateries nearby, leaving a very positive impression on me. The only minor drawback is that since it's a new district, there aren't many shops around at night, but the hotel's own dining and bar options help compensate for that. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable, perfect for both short stays or as a stopover on a longer journey."
