"Very satisfied with a stay, the hotel service is very good, the room is very clean, very big, very high, very quiet Jiangnan water town style, the bad point is that the glass wall tiles transmit light at night, the room is a bit bright, like me like the night black people, a little uncomfortable, It is best to have a shading thing and let the guests shade the light at night."

"Special thanks to Angela at the front desk! When we checked out, she gave us a small gift. Upon learning that we had to wait in the lobby for our train, she offered us drink vouchers. Since I paid quickly and forgot to use them, she thoughtfully gave us a cake instead. (˘ڡ˘)🍰
Room facilities: Very new and well-equipped, especially the blackout curtains – they work wonderfully.
Value for money: The price during this off-season is a real bargain.
Breakfast: I must say, the breakfast selection is incredibly rich, and all the ingredients are fresh and clean.
Bed: I slept soundly all night without much tossing and turning; it was very comfortable and good for my back, unlike other hotels where the mattress leaves me with back pain.
Room view: The hotel is connected to both Renaissance and Courtyard, making it very large. You can easily spend time just exploring the premises.
Service: The service is excellent. Upon check-in, a dedicated person was assigned to me, asking about my preferences and requirements, and they did their utmost to accommodate them.
Swimming pool: I tried the pool once; the water was very clean. Plus, after swimming, you can even enjoy a steam bath while freshening up 😂.
Gym: The gym equipment is something I'm very satisfied with; the facilities are comprehensive and highly functional."

"The location is good; there are many restaurants to the right after you go downstairs. Transportation is convenient; there's an airport shuttle bus right downstairs. The room is clean and hygienic, with unique decor and relatively complete facilities. The only drawback is that the TV doesn't have internet settings enabled, so you can't cast your favorite content and programs. This seems to be a common problem with hotels in Korla; I've stayed at several hotels in Korla this year, and none of them seem to have screen casting functionality."

"During the Spring Festival, I took my parents to Korla to play. I originally booked for a day. After I went to the Robren Village, I stayed for another day because the hotel was good. The suite was booked and upgraded. Two rooms, one living room and two bathrooms. The room was large. I lived for 4 adults. It was no problem to bring two children. It was suitable for a family."

"This time I stayed at a newly opened hotel, which completely exceeded expectations, and was intimate and comfortable from entering the door to leaving the store. The front desk service was very warm, and also took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding play routes, which made people feel at home in an instant. The brand-new decoration style is simple and high-end. The hotel is very hygienic. The sheets and pillowcases in the rooms are brand new and live in special peace of mind. The breakfast is rich and fresh, with hot dishes, snacks, and fruits all available, and the taste is absolutely perfect. The waiter will add tea in time during the meal, and the whole process is intimate and not disturbed. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Korla."

"Business Trip
I have a presentation tomorrow, so I really wanted to have a good stay, sleep well, and be full of energy for the talk.
Unexpectedly, the entire accommodation experience made me feel luxurious and allowed me to experience the beauty of Korla.
The bathroom feels very spacious, and the wet/dry separation is great. I especially love the brown circular storage box next to the sink for toiletries; it's very well-designed.
The staff are also all very professional.
If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to stay again."

"The hotel is newly opened, just in the bustling commercial street of Four Seasons City, and the surrounding commercial facilities are particularly rich. The hotel provides breakfast and shuttle service, as well as a special parking lot. The facilities in the room are very good. The service staff are also very warm and professional. They sent a souvenir when they checked out. The overall living experience is very good! Will consider staying next time!"

"The hotel is located in the city center and is easy to find. There's a large parking lot in front, making parking incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can find all sorts of good food. The decor is a stylish, natural wood style. The lobby is very cozy, and I even played a piano. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the facilities were new and complete. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. Overall, I was very satisfied. I got their business card, and I would definitely stay here again if I come back next time."

"The weather was not good, so I made a reservation in Kuerler, which was not scheduled, but in conclusion it was very good.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was clean and there were many kinds and delicious.
The hotel is located in the middle of the city, so the transportation is convenient wherever you go, so it was very convenient for traveling and I think I will have a good memory."
