"Haha, it's hard to rate this one; I wouldn't even bother reviewing if it wasn't for the points. The AC wasn't working on the first night, so they moved me to a new room the next day – service was definitely good there. I thought, 'Finally, a good night's sleep!' Well, guess what? The toilet seat fell off, hahaha. A technician came to fix it, so I figured I was in the clear. Then, later that evening, I went to dry my hair, and the hairdryer was broken, hahahahaha. I honestly just found it funny at that point. The front office manager ended up waiving one night's stay for me."

"My stay at Atour was very comfortable overall. The hotel environment was clean and quiet, and the library-like atmosphere in the lobby was very relaxing. The public areas were well-maintained and tidy. The room hygiene was excellent, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress and pillows provided a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, stable hot water, and a full set of amenities. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't easily disturbed at night.
I especially want to commend Ms. Wen Fan at the front desk. She brought us breakfast, was gentle and patient, and handled our check-in efficiently and smoothly. Communication with her was very pleasant, and her attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful, making us feel very welcome. The service throughout our stay was just right – not overly intrusive, yet responsive whenever needed.
The overall value for money is great, making it suitable for both business trips and short stays. I will definitely choose this Atour again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone."

Also, the power outlets in the room were loose; my charger would only go in halfway and felt like it could fall out at any moment."

"The hotel service was fantastic! They upgraded my room and even included breakfast. Every single lady at the front desk was so welcoming; they even offered tea and exchanged WeChat contacts so I could ask questions anytime. The room was unbelievably spacious, with LEGOs and a rocking horse. I'd estimate it was about 15 meters long from north to south, practically a grand suite! I ordered takeout, and a staff member brought it up to my room – not a robot, I felt a little bad about that! Breakfast was excellent; I especially loved the bowls, which made eating congee feel so atmospheric. I couldn't resist taking pictures. When I left, they even gave me a souvenir. I'm so incredibly satisfied with the service and the environment. Highly recommend!"

Suggestions: We live in Area A, the hotel underground parking lot to the room elevator to pass through the warehouse, boiler room, swimming pool, gym, etc. The long underground passage has no indication signs, all rely on blind guessing, adding a sign is not difficult, but it can solve the guests' great confusion"

"I had a wonderful stay here and only wish I could stay longer.
The sign outside is in English so it's easy to find, and even better than that, the Manager speaks perfect English. It was very relaxing being able to spend an afternoon speaking fluent English.
Very clean: Probably the first time I've walked into a Chinese hotel room and not smelled old cigarette smoke. I also didn't even see a single bug anywhere. The hotel was spotless!
Everyone was very friendly and the staff helped me with everything I asked for, from bar recommendations to cardboard requests.
Great stay, strong recommend."

"The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the linens are clean. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and even helped us with our luggage. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of vegetables, as well as corn and sweet potatoes. There were boiled eggs, tea eggs, and fried eggs. We didn't even need to take extra vitamins during our trip!"

"Facilities: Okay.
Cleanliness: Overall decent, but lacking in details. The floor wasn't clean, water stains on the faucet and mirror hadn't been wiped, and I won't go into detail about the toilet – suffice it to say it felt very perfunctory. I ended up wiping things down myself. Housekeeping definitely needs more training.
Environment: Excellent.
Service: Excellent.
The courtyard is lovely, and they even gave a little gift to my child upon check-in, which she loved. You can sing together in the courtyard until midnight, which creates a nice atmosphere. If you prefer quiet, you can arrange to stay in a different courtyard and won't be disturbed."

KellyLing 凌淑飛Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

The staff immediately helped with my luggage and made sure everything was prepared for my check-in. Any issues I had were smoothly communicated and resolved. The environment is lovely, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It's incredibly quiet at night, and I even got to relax by the pool when I had some downtime.

Anonymous UserLocated in a convenient area, the hostel is easily accessible from Kuqa Railway Station by bus or taxi.
It's also within walking distance of Kuqa Royal Palace and the pedestrian street, making it a great base for exploring the city.
Without a private vehicle, it's difficult to visit nearby attractions such as the Tianshan Grand Canyon and Kiziliya. Staying here makes it easy to find other travelers to share a taxi or sightseeing plans.
As a relatively new hostel, the facilities are excellent.
The beds are comfortable, and the bedding is clean and well maintained.
As other reviews have mentioned, the sink is located in the center, with the toilet and shower room separated on either side.
This layout makes the shared facilities much less crowded and more convenient to use.
The hostel sign is a little difficult to spot from the main road.
From the intersection, walk about 30 meters into the large open square (parking area), and you'll find the single-story building on your left.

The environment is clean and tidy, the location is excellent, and it's very convenient for getting around. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and toiletries are plentiful. The service is warm and attentive, the staff are very friendly, and it's great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again! Highly recommended!

This is a large hotel with excellent facilities and professional management. It's located right across from Nanhu Park, and just over the bridge, you'll find the Nanhu Night Market with tons of BBQ stalls. The hotel's parking lot is massive, but it's always packed with guests, from self-drivers to tour groups. Breakfast was decent, and the male manager with glasses was constantly on the move, refilling dishes due to the sheer number of guests. Wishing the hotel continued success!

The owner is incredibly thoughtful and goes out of their way to help guests arrange carpools and group tours for exploring the area. They often organize communal meals and gatherings, making it feel very much like a home away from home.

This hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

The location is fairly convenient, especially if you want to be close to the train station (which, however, means being far from the old town). There are shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful. You can keep your bag for free. The room was big, generally clean, yet the facilities were a bit old, though mostly functional. A renovation wouldn't hurt. Overall, good value for money.
