I booked two different room types for the same price, and the hotel later combined them for me. The hotel has a great location and nice decor. Besides complaining about the breakfast in another review, I'd also like to complain about the late cleaning for extended stays. It felt like they wouldn't replace the bathroom supplies unless I urged them... Kuqa is a great place, more fun than Kashgar. The nearby Kuqa Palace, Kuqa Grand Mosque, Khezil Thousand Buddha Caves, beacon towers, and ancient temple ruins are all worth visiting to experience the impact of East-West exchange and the transition between Buddhism and Islam.

The hotel is newly opened. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hygiene of the hotel is very good. There is free water in the lobby, as well as red date tea, freshly ground coffee and special robots for delivering meals and things. The breakfast is particularly rich. My children love the milk slice soup they put at the front desk. I stayed for two days last time and came again this time. Next time I come to Kuqa, I will stay at Hello Hotel. The overall situation is not shortcoming from the lobby environment, front desk service, room hygiene, hardware facilities to the location, the price is very high, the living experience is comfortable and safe, and I will still book this hotel next time I come to the local area.

The best service attitude in the southern Xinjiang trip (not that other stores are bad, but this one can feel sincerity and smiles from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave).
