This is a very well-managed hotel. I stayed here for two nights, and everyone from the receptionist to the food and beverage management staff, room service personnel, and parking security personnel was very attentive, responsible, and welcoming. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; they answered all our questions and even helped us with our luggage without us having to ask. The bedding in the room was super soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a fantastic variety of dishes – the porridges, pastries, and hot dishes were all delicious. Plus, the location is unbeatable, really close to both the train station and Donghu Park, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.
