I stayed in Kuqa for two days during my self-driving trip. The Kuqa Hotel is very new and the lobby is magnificent and nice. There are also self-service laundry facilities. I washed all my clothes during the two days I stayed in Kuqa. Note that Kuqa Hotel has Building 1 and Building 2, and the main service facilities of the hotel are in Building 1. Building 2 is purely for accommodation. To go from Building 2 to Building 1, you need to walk 20 to 30 meters from the outdoors. Although it is not far, it is too sunny. If you can directly book a room in Building 1, just book in Building 1. The room is spacious and bright, nice. One drawback is that the hotel did not clean the trash can in our room when cleaning the room. Garbage such as melon rinds was left in the trash can for two days until check-out. Although there is no strange smell, I think it is wrong to clean the room without emptying the garbage in the trash can.

This is a well-established hotel, excellent in all aspects. This is my second stay. The environment is clean and tidy, the location is excellent, and it's very convenient for getting around. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and toiletries are plentiful. The service is warm and attentive, the staff are very friendly, and it's great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again! Highly recommended!

The price/performance ratio is very high. In this urban environment, during the peak tourist season in summer, the price is very affordable. The hotel room we arrived in the morning did not have a room yet. The little girl at the front desk upgraded the room for us for free. She was very humanistic and allowed us to have a room. I booked another night because I enjoyed the hotel so much. It's the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The laundry room is also very convenient. Two other highlights are the huge bay window with a fantastic view and the surprisingly spacious bathroom with three separate shower and toilet areas, making showering, washing up, and using the toilet completely seamless. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A heartfelt five-star review!

This hotel was great for my business trip! The room not only had a comfortable king-size bed, but also a sofa and a small round table, which were convenient for quick work or relaxation. The simple wooden furniture paired with soft lighting created a wonderful atmosphere. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I'll definitely come back next time!

I had accidentally booked the wrong room type, and they not only switched us to a double room but also provided a complimentary upgrade! The room was spacious, bright, and fully equipped. Yesterday's stay at the new C-building of the Kuqa Hotel was a delightful surprise! The modern minimalist style, warm colors paired with wood elements, created a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly, the bathroom was clean and upscale, and there was plenty of hot water. Attention to detail was evident; a kettle and tea bags were provided, and the large window offered a wide view and excellent natural light. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a super comfortable overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuqa! Well, words fail me, just look at the pictures! In short, I loved it!
