I specifically chose this hotel for a trip with my parents, and the entire stay far exceeded our expectations, making it incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's overall decor is grand and elegant, the public areas are clean and bright, and the rooms are spacious. The soft furnishings and bedding were very comfortable, and my parents were especially pleased. I particularly want to commend all the staff at the Horizon Club Lounge. Their service was meticulous and incredibly thoughtful. Our dedicated butler, Wenby, was professional and attentive, proactively helping us register our car's license plate in advance, saving us the hassle of dealing with parking entry and exit. Knowing we had several people in our party, she promptly arranged an extra bed for our room. Her efficiency and reliability, along with her thorough consideration for every aspect of our stay, were truly impressive. Janice from the Executive Lounge also left a wonderful impression; she always had a warm smile, was genuinely welcoming and polite, and her service was gentle and appropriate. Upon learning that we had a tight schedule and needed to continue our journey, she thoughtfully prepared a variety of portable packed snacks. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. "I expected an old hotel to have poor facilities, but the room was actually great, with everything I needed. The air conditioning was quiet, everything was clean, breakfast was plentiful, the pool was spotless, and the service was superb. Excellent value for money! The charging pile downstairs was out of order, but a hotel employee personally took us in the rain to another charging station, which saved our trip the next day. Thumbs up! I hope the hotel ensures the charging piles are always working, as more and more people are traveling with electric cars, and this is a key factor for us when choosing a hotel."

Just exit F of line 4 and you can see the hotel across the street at the traffic light. We had a spectacular room view adjacent to the Moon Lake, which is a scenic spot with Jiangnan characteristics. We were fortunate to see a full flower moon on that night as the reflection of the moon could be seen on the lake; it was serene and beautiful as we can see the city lights of Tianyi and a bit of Laowaitan. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure of the shower is just right. Only issue is the TV, which we don't know how to operate it as it is in Chinese. It will be best to have an instruction of how to operate it for foreigner. Thanks!"

"I stayed at the Westin with a friend during the May Day holiday and had a good experience, so this time I specifically brought my mother to stay for two nights. The weather wasn't great, but the service was excellent, especially William Wang from the concierge. He greeted us enthusiastically as soon as we entered the hotel, helped with our luggage, and extended a warm welcome to my mother. I remembered him from my May Day stay; I didn't have my mother with me then so I didn't get his name, but I was struck by his friendliness. This time, traveling with three seniors, his exceptional service was even more apparent. Therefore, I'm giving the hotel service a five-star rating! The hotel facilities are a little outdated, but overall it's excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay at the Westin again next time."

"It has to be Hilton for that top-notch quality. I was extremely satisfied with the service experience, and the accommodation environment was impeccable. The view of Romon U-Park outside the window was stunning. Hilton's breakfast also truly lived up to expectations. The local specialty snacks, tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls) and nian'gao (rice cakes), were incredibly authentic. The dumplings and wontons were all from Wanchai Ferry, freshly taken and opened from the fridge – so reliable! It's just a shame I don't have ten stomachs; I picked a few items to eat and was already full."

"This hotel is incredibly close to Tianyi Square and Chenghuang Temple, and there's a tour guide right outside (and Xu Xin?). It's also super convenient to get to Tianyige Pavilion, and you can explore the whole area in an afternoon. When I got back, cold drinks and fruit were delivered straight to my room, which was a fantastic experience! The room was spotless, and the big window was a huge plus. The front desk staff even recommended a garden-facing room for me. It was so quiet at night, I felt like the earplugs provided were completely unnecessary. P.S. The coffee was free too!"

Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time. It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B. The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night. After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea. Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village. I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. Half an hour is completely enough. The dinner tastes good, and the chef gives a good review. The above.

The room was great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the shower offered good privacy. The tea was surprisingly delicious. Right downstairs is the City God Temple pedestrian street, so it was a little noisy, but not a big issue. The breakfast looked diverse, but honestly, none of it tasted very good. They should consider reducing the variety and focusing on quality instead.

Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

The location is excellent, surrounded by shopping malls, making dining and getting around very convenient. The room was also very clean and tidy. I really appreciate that the bath towels, bathrobes, and hand towels were all individually sealed in disposable bags, which prevents them from being used without being changed.

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

The room facilities are quite complete, clean, and comfortable. All the front desk staff are very service-oriented and responsive to every request. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a full view of the night scenery, and when the curtains are drawn, they provide a light-pollution-free environment for a good night's sleep. The only minor drawback was that during my two-day stay, it was exceptionally hot, and two out of the three elevators didn't have air conditioning, which made them a bit stuffy.

Our stay here far exceeded expectations! The room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable. A bath in the tub was just what I needed to unwind. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even proactively upgrading our room. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the made-to-order noodle station was a real highlight for me. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway. It's excellent value for money, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the city!

Fantastic! Exceeded my expectations! The river view room offered beautiful scenery outside the window. The service was exceptional, with staff incredibly accommodating to every request. They even granted a special late check-out until 3 PM knowing we were there for a marathon, and provided a delicious and generous marathon energy meal. Breakfast was also diverse and tasty! Truly felt like a home away from home!

I have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
