"I was a bit put off when I first arrived at the garage; it definitely had a musty smell and was quite small, so I didn't understand why the hotel was rated so highly. However, my opinion completely changed after checking in. The hotel's service was incredibly pleasant, with everyone from the front desk to the butler being meticulous. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy. The only drawbacks were the lack of a refrigerator in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient in the summer, and the elevator not requiring a key card, which could improve security. The hotel is right opposite a subway station, making it easy to get to the Old Bund and Dongqian Lake by subway, taxi, or shared bike. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food was good, and there was ice cream available all day, plus plain noodles as a late-night snack. There was construction going on nearby, and the front desk called me beforehand to let me know, which I appreciated. Although it didn't really affect my stay, it showed respect for the guests. They also offered complimentary fruit upon check-in and foot-soaking tubs in the evening. Overall, it was good value for money."

"I happened to be there during a typhoon. The hotel offered many conveniences, though my stay was short. It was cloudy and I experienced heavy rain and strong winds. Despite all that, I still fell in love with Ningbo, thanks to the hotel restaurant's amazing food. They are excellent cooks, and the solo meal was incredibly good value. The hotel was very clean, and being on a high floor wasn't uncomfortable. I did have to turn off the room's AC though, as it got a bit chilly. I still think the 'Three Rivers View' room is the best choice."

"All five-star reviews are solely for the amazing service provided by the Holiday Inn Express front desk staff. The gentleman was incredibly patient and helpful. He upgraded us to a family room at the neighboring Crowne Plaza, personally escorted us to check in, and even had fruits and drinks delivered to our room. We are truly grateful! Now, about the Crowne Plaza itself: we were in the South Tower, which has very outdated facilities. Upon check-in, we found the room to be quite dirty and messy. There wasn't a single good pillow, and the blankets even had bloodstains. We called the front desk and had them changed that night. I'm not sure if the bedding in the newly renovated North Tower is newer or cleaner. The hotel's only real advantage is its good location."

"The front desk lady was super pretty and sweet. I booked a special offer room, and she upgraded me to a Japanese-style tatami room for free. The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a hot water dispenser. You could see Tianfeng Tower right outside the window, and it looked quite beautiful when lit up at night. The environment was very quiet, no noise at all. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo!"

My room was spacious, featuring smart home controls throughout, a premium deep-sleep mattress, and high-end toiletries. The bathroom had excellent dry/wet separation, and the soundproofing was superb. She also helped me pre-register my car's license plate information, saving me the hassle of doing it upon arrival. After I reported it to Nancy, she responded very quickly and immediately arranged for us to move to a brand-new room. Her efficiency in handling problems was excellent, and it didn't disrupt our rest. "The front desk kindly upgraded us to a 2-meter king-size bed room, with an expansive view outside the window where we could see the beautiful streetlights at night. The facilities were complete, and there was even a direct drinking water tap, which is great for tea lovers! The hotel's location is very convenient for transportation, close to Chenghuang Temple, Tianyi Pavilion, and Tianyi Square. If the weather isn't too hot, it's also very friendly for those who like to walk. The hotel also offers a self-service late-night snack, and after a day of exploring, a hot bowl of congee was incredibly comforting. After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

The room was great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the shower offered good privacy. The tea was surprisingly delicious. Right downstairs is the City God Temple pedestrian street, so it was a little noisy, but not a big issue. The breakfast looked diverse, but honestly, none of it tasted very good. They should consider reducing the variety and focusing on quality instead.

Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the room is spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the separate small room ✌️. The gym equipment is also good, quite large and sufficient. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Stepping into the room felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo. Environment: There's construction across the street, but it didn't affect anything at all; there was no noise. The hotel even provides earplugs, which is a nice touch. It's also conveniently located right next to Banji. Service: Miya, my apartment manager, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast at this hotel is also delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles 🍜. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars.

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

Every time I come to Ningbo, I stay here. I'm a regular now. All the room facilities are meticulously maintained and spotless, absolutely no complaints. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great. Plus, every room type here has a unique layout, so it's not repetitive at all. It's comfortable and hassle-free to stay, I'll definitely be back!

Our stay here far exceeded expectations! The room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable. A bath in the tub was just what I needed to unwind. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even proactively upgrading our room. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the made-to-order noodle station was a real highlight for me. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway. It's excellent value for money, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the city!

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.

I have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
