Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel and my comments would be the same as the other review that I wrote (if you're able to read it) but there was one small issue worth mentioning. I had mistakenly booked my stay as two separate orders at first, but I assumed the hotel would be aware of that when I checked in. I even double- and triple-checked with the front desk staff at check-in to confirm that I wouldn't need to change rooms in between, and they assured me I wouldn't. However, on the second day—right in the middle of the event I was in Ningbo for—I suddenly received a message from the hotel saying I needed to change rooms. I obviously couldn't just leave the event, so I had to message back and forth with the staff to sort it out. They did offer to pack my things and move my belongings to another room for me, but of course, I wasn't comfortable with that and declined. Thankfully, after some back-and-forth, they eventually let me stay in the same room, so it all worked out in the end. It was a bit stressful in the moment, but the staff were willing to find a solution, and I appreciated that they ultimately accommodated my request.

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

Right as I entered the room, it felt clean and fresh with no strange odors. The bedding was also clean, and the room was well-equipped. The front desk gave me a free upgrade to a Kijimu room, which had a comfortable Kijimu king-size bed and a useful mini-fridge with complimentary drinks. The room was quiet, so I felt very at ease and slept really well. The lobby also had a subtle, pleasant scent. I highly recommend it; it was a great choice!

I came to Romon to celebrate ONER's 8th anniversary. I booked this hotel on Ctrip early in May, and sure enough, the entire Hilton was surrounded by '彎妹' (a playful term for female fans). The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the amusement park. Next door is Intime, practically the same building, making it super convenient for dining and sightseeing. The front desk service was fantastic. Since my friend and I had multiple bookings, I called the hotel in advance and added Cece from the front desk on WeChat. She was very enthusiastic and helped me with the arrangements, even receiving packages for me. Mia, who checked us in on the day, was also wonderful. The front desk was incredibly busy, but she patiently helped us arrange our rooms. Although we weren't on a high floor, the room was quite spacious. If 830 (August 30th) is held here again next year, I'll definitely choose Hilton again! 🎉

If you're on a business trip or traveling to Ningbo Southern Business District, I highly recommend this hotel! The location is truly impeccable. It's less than 200 meters from the train station to the subway, and downstairs you'll find the core commercial area of the Southern Business District and the Water Street. Every evening at 7 PM, there's a timed musical fountain, creating a fantastic ambiance. The surrounding amenities are excellent. There are numerous coffee shops like Starbucks and Manner, making it convenient to grab a coffee if you're on a business trip. A convenience store is just downstairs, making it hassle-free to pick up daily essentials. In the sunken plaza on the basement level, there's a Yizhierhu Cafe, and their camellia latte is quite unique and worth trying. Right next door is BaWangChaJi, where you can even get the Zhejiang-exclusive 'Fenghao Yingyue' tea. Various dining options are within walking distance, offering a wide range of food, drink, and entertainment choices. The rooms come with windows and a balcony, offering panoramic views of the entire Water Street. The daytime views are expansive, and the night view is even more stunning. The room is clean, tidy, and fully equipped with facilities. Food deliveries are supported by robots that bring them directly to your door, which is smart and efficient. The hotel lobby also has service robots, and the staff are warm and attentive. Subway travel is incredibly convenient. In about half an hour, you can reach popular Ningbo spots like Chenghuang Temple, the Old Bund, and Haiyan North Road directly. Whether for business or a short leisure trip, transportation is very smooth. I always prioritize staying here whenever I'm on a business trip to the Southern Business District. The overall value for money is excellent. Staying here for business or travel means you can handle dining, transportation, and sightseeing all in one place. It's a very comfortable choice for a stay.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel really pays attention to the details. They arranged our room exactly as we wanted before we even checked in and had the AC running. In the evening, there were fruits and cold 'liangfen' (jelly dessert) waiting in the room. The breakfast was also worth mentioning – very extensive! Xiao Wei, who assisted us, was so warm and thoughtful. The two-night package deal was incredibly good value for money. It's a shame I didn't get a chance to take any photos.

Great location, fantastic food, excellent coffee, and delicious drinks. The rooms are spacious, the elevators are large, and the lobby is stunning. Where else can you find such a wonderful hotel?! Highly, highly recommended!!

We chose this hotel for a rafting and summer getaway. It's quite remote, a drive of several kilometers up a mountain road after entering the ancient village. The entire route is very natural; if it weren't for the hotel's signs, we almost would have turned back. After about ten minutes of driving, the view suddenly opened up, and a large wooden house served as the hotel lobby. Each guest room is scattered throughout the mountainside, connected by wooden boardwalks. Along the paths, we saw lizards, squirrels, and various insects, and occasionally even water snakes in the pools. In the evenings, we listened to the chirping of insects, and in the mornings, the calls of birds – truly a unique natural experience. In the stream next to the lobby, there were schools of small fish, and my son got hooked on fishing and actually caught quite a few. The only minor drawback is that the hotel facilities are a bit outdated.

I have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
