Ningbo Hot Springs Hotels

It took me 7 hours to get to the hotel I had been dreaming of during the May Day holiday. It was not easy, but it was worth it the moment I saw the room! Check-in was convenient, the room was comfortable, and although the breakfast was not very varied, it was very good~ The service was also great! Not far from the Ship Museum, there is also the Ice and Snow World, and by the way, there is also the Meishan Red Bridge, a popular check-in spot! In fact, the place I want to go the most is Fuquan Mountain, which is very nice to watch the sunrise or sunset, and it is also very photogenic! I feel like I will come again next time!

Bring the elderly and children to play in the New Year, the hotel is in a good location, the scenery is beautiful, not crowded, parking is convenient, and the overall experience of staying is also very good. Because of the New Year, the hotel also has fireworks to watch at night, and there are small gifts before leaving. The front desk and service staff are young people and have a good sense of service. Dining is solved in the hotel, the dining is full of color and fragrance, very good. Breakfast is simple, but it is well matched and very clean.

The hotel is nestled in a mountain valley, in a nice environment. It's in the same area as the Holiday Inn, which initially confused me. You need to take a shuttle bus from the Holiday Inn entrance to the innermost part of the hotel. Although they belong to the same company, the service and facilities are separate. There are eight private hot spring villas, with one, two, and four bedrooms. We booked a two-bedroom pool villa. The room was large, with two suites, a shared bathroom, and a tatami area in the living room for tea or sleeping. You can soak in the hot spring on your room's terrace, in the public outdoor pool, or in the indoor pool (you need to shower and not wear clothes before soaking). The hot spring center is open to the public and has indoor facilities for children, such as a ball pit, Lego, slides, and crafts. There are also areas for adults to play games, enjoy a sauna, and have tea. The rest area also offers fruit and ice cream. A wide variety of drinks (unlimited). Although the hotel wasn't crowded, we guests received one-on-one butler service. Our butlers were Shuangming and Anna. In the morning, the butlers delivered drinks and fruit to our room. We could also choose our own food. In the evening, there was a bedtime dessert soup. Throughout the day, any fruit or drink we wanted could be delivered to our room, including meals (which require an extra charge). When we encountered any problems with the room facilities, the butlers did their best to help and find solutions without any negligence. This sincere service spirit is truly rare. The staff at the restaurant and hot spring center were also very attentive and enthusiastic, proactively providing service. Thumbs up! 👍

I arrived in the small town in the evening, and the shopkeeper came to pick me up and help carry my luggage. The small village was very popular during the Chinese New Year, and the parking lot under the slope was full. I booked a room with a bathtub. As soon as I entered the room, I found that the pool was huge and the bathtub cover it came with was completely useless. Although it is winter, the water temperature is still very hot. I got up early the next day and watched the sunrise. Outside the window were the tidal flats and mountain-like islands off the coast. They were a bit far away from the coast here, so the pictures looked a little too big when I took them, but they were still beautiful and quiet. Breakfast is particularly ceremonial. It's so wonderful to eat at the entrance of the hall, drink coffee (brought from the service area), and sit in a rocking chair! The old lady sunbathing at the foot of the hillside said that Xiao Hei was thrown here by tourists...but I think this should be a happy story.

A vacation is essentially about finding a different place to sleep, and Ninghai Anlan is definitely a great spot for that. The hotel is nestled atop two lush green mountains, and having the hot spring right in your room, where you can relax while soaking and gazing at the mountains, is incredibly enjoyable. The hotel offers a variety of activities you can sign up for, though most of them come with a fee. I had dinner there on the first night. While they offered river and seafood, the dishes were quite sweet, probably to cater to the many guests from Suzhou, Wuxi, and Shanghai. I personally don't care for hotels where you need to be shuttled everywhere. For my room, breakfast and dinner required a shuttle to the hotel lobby, and then another car to the restaurant. I suggest the hotel consider offering some simple breakfast options in the area where I stayed, giving guests a choice that doesn't involve so much back-and-forth. I wonder who thought that building a scenic hotel on a mountain and then relying solely on buggy shuttles was a good idea; shuttles only lead to dissatisfied guests, never satisfied ones. This is an honest review, but ultimately, it's a fantastic hotel for a quiet getaway – perfect for having coffee, reading a book, sleeping in, and truly relaxing.

We checked into Manwan Hot Spring Hotel on the first day of the ***** New Year in 2026. We brought four families from Shanghai and booked five rooms. Manwan Hot Spring Hotel shares a lobby with Hangzhou Bay Hotel. We had stayed at Hangzhou Bay Hotel many times before, but Manwan Hot Spring Hotel was only opened in the last two years. It has a maze of various bungalows with different shapes and room types. So, the pictures online may look slightly different from the actual hotel. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and made reasonable arrangements according to our needs. We booked several different room types, some with courtyards, some without, some with bathtubs, and some without. Each type had its own charm. We stayed for two nights, so everyone was very happy. There are various hot spring pools near the room. Many pools were already open when I checked in in the afternoon, and more pools will be added in the evening as the number of guests increases. The water in the hot spring pools is very clean and is changed every day. Depending on the room type, there are public and private hot spring pools. Private hot spring pools are charged separately when used in the room. The temperature of the hot spring water is adjusted very well. In the afternoon, you can soak your feet, sunbathe, chat, play cards, etc. Breakfast is 38 yuan per person, which is very cost-effective. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and liked it very much.

The location is secluded and peaceful. The room is very spacious, and the hot springs are fantastic. There's also a large grassy area where you can relax. The hotel restaurant's food is decent, and they offer a shuttle service and EV charging stations. It's only a 15-minute drive downhill to the town where you can enjoy local farm-style cuisine. You can also stargaze at night. Highly recommend.

After enjoying a weekend at Siming Lake, we headed to Yangming Hot Spring Resort. The resort itself is quite spacious. We bought a package that included hot spring tickets, and even though it was a weekend, there were quite a few people at the hot springs. The hot spring area isn't huge overall, but the environment is pleasant. Our room was large, clean, and tidy, and it even had a small balcony. You can take leisurely strolls around the resort; it's a great place to relax and unwind.

To be honest, it's quite nice to soak in the hot springs. The house is not big and has unlimited water refills. The warmth is good. The toiletries are very soft. However, the sound insulation is too poor. I can hear the people next to me talking clearly, which affects the experience. The air conditioner also makes extra creaking noises at night, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. To be honest, the rest is OK. After all, Anlan next door costs twice as much... As for the service, I can't say it's bad, but I don't think it's particularly good. If you say that the homestay is warm, the housekeeper did chat with us at night and made milk tea for us to drink. You can feel the good service. The chef also kept asking about our taste and introducing the dishes. But the other service staff are more family-like and stiff... It's a bit like it doesn't reach the standard service of a five-star hotel, and it doesn't have the warm and free feeling of a homestay. It's a very strange feeling.
