"It's a nice place, convenient if you need to go to the airport the next day, we stayed at the hotel just one day. The service was marvelous, very polite and open to help us. The check in was at 3pm but our room was ready around 1:30 so it was perfect for us. You can go by walk to several places, coffee shops, restaurants and plaza las Américas. My only problem was the humidity, the room didn't smell good but it was clean, I think it's an humidity issue."

"Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again."

"It definitely needs some refurbishment, the rooms are pretty outdated. Checking in took over half an hour, and there were only 2 people ahead of us!! They are doing everything manually and that takes forever, and the receptionist spoke almost no English so she couldn’t communicate with the guest before us."

"I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. I also loved how conveniently located it was—just a short distance from shopping centers and popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. The amenities, including the breakfast area and common spaces, were well-kept and made for a pleasant environment to relax in. My only minor complaint is that the walls seemed a bit thin, so I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to significantly affect my stay. Overall, I’d recommend City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option in the city. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Cancun!"

"It is an excellent hotel with great swimming pool area, clean and big rooms with lots of amenities. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. We were going to stay in hotel zone but later changed our mind to downtown. And we couldn’t have decided better. All the tours operators do pick up from a couple of locations in downtown area and one of the location is the right outside this hotel. The las Palapas park is walking distance, so is all the local restaurants, super markets etc. it’s near several banks and hotel has a couple of cash points inside the hotel. The only slight nuance is that it is right outside a main road and noise from the road (especially if your room is facing the street) can be a little annoying in the morning during rush hours. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are very nice and accommodating. 4.9 star out of 5."

"I used it because it was a tour pickup designated hotel. English is a little difficult to understand, but you can respond friendlyly with translation apps and gestures. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in and check-out. There are no shampoo conditioners, pajamas, toothbrushes, etc., so you should bring them in. Hot water comes out, but the water pressure is quite weak. On the contrary, the wind pressure of the dryer was strong. The door opened and closed required a little power and a little trick. I felt better when he cleaned it and arranged the towels cutely. There are several convenience stores such as delicious taco restaurants and 7-Eleven that locals also use nearby, which is convenient. I think the cost performance is good overall!"

"Had all the fixings of a great hotel. However, corners were cut in ways to make for a better experience. The room was not as nice and clean as pictured. The shower did not have great pressure. Our toilet barely flushed. You’ll also benefit from using ear plugs."

"To sum up the hotel in one sentence: My family has a great business, so don’t be dissatisfied with the details. And the price is not expensive in the all-inclusive package, so I didn’t expect too much. The price is pretty good. The phone is broken😅 You can use the mobile app to order food in the room. Drinks: You can drink whatever you want. There are many bars and mobile bartenders, but the drinks are all too sweet. Maybe I’m not good at ordering... food: Those who like good food are advised to give up. The food is mediocre. I tried Asian and Italian restaurants in 4 restaurants. You must rush in as soon as 6 o'clock starts, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time to be seated. There is no reservation system. The food looks good in photos but tastes ordinary, basically lukewarm/cold. There are not enough waiters! ! There is a sense that they want to serve the guests well but are unable to do so. . . The food is served very slowly! Serve: The waiters are very enthusiastic and none of them are impatient. The cleaning staff doesn't speak English, but everyone else can more or less speak English. The Wi-Fi is not bad, and the browsing experience goes smoothly when going to the beach and occasionally cuts out. There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby, but the rooms and restaurants have adequate air conditioning. Beach scenery: The first row of beach chairs is hard to get, and there are many chairs on the beach behind. There is no large open beach on the beach, but the beach next door is very beautiful. You can walk there and rub it. The water is still very jelly blue and warm, and the sky is unobstructed. Watching the sunset is beautiful! Activity: There are group singing, playing cards in the swimming pool, and Spanish classes. You have to play with other foreigners. The club is afraid of asking you to quit. There is a small entertainment room for children, with slides and so on.
