Clean and comfortable stay overall🏨✨ The room was cleaned daily and everything was well-maintained. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the mattress still felt supportive 👍 The room was also very quiet — I stayed on the second floor and couldn’t hear noise from other rooms at all, which made it easy to relax. The location is excellent, right in front of Mercado 28, so it’s very convenient for shopping and getting around 🛍️ The staff were very friendly and helpful, and some of them spoke English, which made the stay even easier 😊 Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. It occasionally slowed down a bit, but overall it worked fine for everyday use 📶 The only downside was the shower — the water gets hot, but only for about 2 minutes before turning lukewarm. However, it was still manageable and I didn’t have any issues showering. Overall, a solid place to stay with great location and friendly service👍

Refer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast. The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube. Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone. There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper. You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

The abundance of iguanas roaming the grounds, adding to its unique character! Plus, with plenty of restaurants nearby, guests have great dining options just a short stroll away. The hotel is only 3-4 minutes from the lively Coco Bongo and just 5-10 minutes from the beach—making it an ideal spot for those looking to enjoy the best of the area. If you're looking for a great experience with warm hospitality, prime location, and a touch of local charm, this hotel is a solid choice.

I used it because it was a tour pickup designated hotel. English is a little difficult to understand, but you can respond friendlyly with translation apps and gestures. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in and check-out. There are no shampoo conditioners, pajamas, toothbrushes, etc., so you should bring them in. Hot water comes out, but the water pressure is quite weak. On the contrary, the wind pressure of the dryer was strong. The door opened and closed required a little power and a little trick. I felt better when he cleaned it and arranged the towels cutely. There are several convenience stores such as delicious taco restaurants and 7-Eleven that locals also use nearby, which is convenient. I think the cost performance is good overall!

This was my second consecutive stay at this hotel, and unfortunately my overall impression remained the same. The location is excellent if you want to stay in the city center, although it is quite far from the beach. The room was spacious, and the king bed was very comfortable. However, the hotel still lacks transparency regarding additional charges. Despite booking through Trip.com and paying for the room, breakfast, VAT, and taxes, I was asked to pay an extra MXN 82.12 per night as an ”environmental tax” without being provided with a clear explanation or an official receipt. This created unnecessary confusion. The breakfast was also disappointing. Although it was advertised as a buffet, there was no buffet available. Guests receive a very limited selection, including coffee, juice, a small fruit plate, eggs, beans, and toast, which did not meet my expectations. The room itself was comfortable, but the issues with communication, billing transparency, and the breakfast experience meant that my second stay did not change my opinion of the hotel.

My stay at Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and cordial efforts made the experience feel more than perfect, and their prompt and efficient customer support was commendable. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking – being right next to the beach made it a dream destination for relaxation and enjoying Cancun's natural beauty. The proximity to the ocean, combined with the serene surroundings, deserves a perfect 10/10 for location. The staff was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 10/10 for their friendliness and dedication. The ambiance of the hotel was serene and inviting, making it an ideal getaway, which I would rate 9/10. While the restaurant could improve slightly, I would still give it a commendable 8/10 for its offerings. Overall, considering the outstanding beachfront location, the exceptional staff, and the peaceful ambiance, my experience was nothing short of delightful. I would confidently rate my stay a 9.5/10 and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cancun!

We’re room 620 with beach club access the location of the hotel is perfect it’s close to everything you need, mall, restaurant, hospital, money changer and a lot more! You should the beach club access u won’t regret! And ladies at the reception are very helpful and very nice they can answer everything u need to know! I love my stay at Krystal Urban Carlos and Itzel are super nice! And the breakfast is superb!

The accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday. Earl
