1. Extremely poor service attitude: The hotel was already closed when we arrived at 19:00, and no one answered the doorbell after ringing it for a long time. In the morning, I talked to the front desk staff about parking, and their attitude was very indifferent. 2. Room facilities: Thick dust accumulates in many places in the room, such as the microwave oven, hair dryer, etc. The shower cap in the bathroom was actually packed in a box, but it had been taken apart and used and there was still water inside.
