Close to the airport, lovely and large rooms and totally love the onsen!

Nice business hotel near Narita airport. Breakfast was better than I expected. Hot spring is a plus after a long day.

Staff welcoming and responsive to needs. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and well presented.

Location is perfect. 5 mins to station. I prefer this hotel than hotel near Narita Airport. And also get free breakfast. Excellent.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Chiba New Town Chuo station, so very convenient to and from Narita airport. Commuting to other places is also very convenient. There are restaurants, a mall, and a grocery store just minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection each morning. Staff was great.

I try to avoid flying into NRT but had no choice this trip. This hotel is well-located on the Skyaccess line and is reachable about 30 mins from NRT and is a good first night option for a late evening arrival before heading into the city. Super clean and decent breakfast.

Used for a business trip. Nothing fancy, but the hotel was new and clean. It is close to the station and close to an Aeon shopping mall that had plenty of places to eat. Not that there is much choice in this area but would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Only 20 mins away from Narita Airport. A good option if you have a flight to catch the next day and you want to find a hotel that is value for money. The hotel is very clean with facilities such as an onsen and laundry. Aeon shopping mall is just 7 mins away. The rooms are quite spacious and the bed is very comfy. I would stay here again!
