Old dirty room, badsheet, bathroom. Given a single occupancy room & charge for a double room. No hot water in the bathroom, all bathroom fittings are dirty.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Room service and customer support is very nice the staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Hotel is in very good location, but everything, furniture, painting, plumbing is very very old and dose not match with new standard of the rate this hotel demands. Needs major renovation and upgradation

Ac was working but not catching the cooling that much, toilet was not that much clean, balcony was very dirty, bed sheet have quite dents, everything else was good.

An established hotel on 2nd and 3rd floors of a shopping complex known as the supermarket. As a foreigner, the extensive check in procedure was handled smoothly. Had a non-ac room with a balcony overlooking the street which was clean. There was a leak from the toilet cistern, but then again what basic indian hotel has perfect plumbing? the street was busy as expected, but quietened down late in the evening, except on rama navami when the balcony provided a great ringside seat to view the celebrations. There were numerous helpful and courteous uniformed staff. They came round and replenished the mosquito deterrent every evening. The bloke operating the lift was always cheery.

Hotel stay like gust house and very bad. I have very bed experience in hotel ashiyana, while my stay there was no warm water for bath, also there was not facility for saving cream, tooth kept and shampoo for bath, also room size was very congested, while booking and my past stay hotel rooms are different, i have ask for change rood but they was nor ready to change room, i have very bad experience.
