"Booked the 2nd best executive twin room, no toiletries provided, when asked manager says we only give for suites and if needed for your room category you need to ask for it. A basic hotel also gives soap n shampoo in their basic room also. Food is ok but staff is illiterate, untrained dont know difference of eggless and with egg. For eg. When asked muffin has eggs the answer we got is, it comes from outside so we dont know, isnt it basic sense to check the packet if its vegetarian or non vegetarian. If you order 2 portion of same food, i can assure they both will taste different and not slightly but 2 totally different tastes."

" I recently stayed at Nulife Resort in Jamnagar, and while the overall experience was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved. The resort itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient, being close to several attractions in Jamnagar. However, I was disappointed that no welcome drink was served upon arrival. A small gesture like this can make a big difference in setting a positive tone for the stay. Additionally, I faced issues with EV charging facilities during my visit to Dwarka. Despite requesting assistance from the management, the problem was not addressed promptly, which was quite inconvenient. On my last day, I had to cancel my stay due to these unresolved issues, and I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration for future improvements. Overall, Nulife Resort has potential, but addressing these minor issues could greatly enhance the guest experience. "

"Stayed at this property for a day enroute to attending a ship at Reliance port. Location is very good, close to the airport and on the main road. Check in and check out is quick. Rooms are well appointed with all basic amenities. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Sleep quality is good and noise cancellation is decent. Only issue i found was the food pricing. Granted that this is a decent hotel, but the food prices was exorbitant. I mean 1100 rupees for a soup and some starters is excessive. otherwise stay was comfortable. I would stay there again but probably prefer another place for lunch or dinner."
