Exceptional. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Cute balcony and views of the city and such great assistance from the staff too! Highly recommend.

terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. The hotel was not accomodating and the facilities were closed without notification.

We found this hotel to be a reasonable price for what they offered. Our breakfast was tasty but a bit overpriced. It was not on the beach but a short walk away from anything you’d like to have.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was update with newer toilet and a shower. Also you cannot beat the breakfast deal within hotel for the price you pay. I didn’t get the package deal with room and breakfast and paid more on coffee and a couple of pastries in the cafe on my first a few days. I wish I got the package deal from the beginning. They offer both continental breakfast style and Korea food. Everyday there was some changes in menu as well. You can have well balanced meal in buffet.

You can think of it as a resort, not a hotel, the meal was too simple, the room was clean, and the service was kind, but the location of the hotel was a little off the coast, and the sunrise, sunset was not invisible and the laundry service was not allowed.

This hotel is amazing. It looks OK from the outside but very bad inside. There is only water in the room. There are a lot of requirements left and they are all in Chinese. Is it for Chinese people? My flight was delayed and I arrived in the early morning. No one at the front desk left the room card directly to me at the front desk. Usually, I rarely see people at the front desk. And the feeling of two mirrors facing each other when entering the room is very bad. The plug is very far and loose. There is only a floor lamp and a table lamp in the room. There is no other light source. Anyway, I didn't sleep well for two days and felt uncomfortable. I lost the room card and asked for 20,000 won without showing any receipt. It feels like a nonsense.

Because it is Hamdeok, it is in a busy area and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, which is great. The bed was comfortable and the room was a bit old, but the bathroom was clean and spacious, so I was satisfied. I didn't eat breakfast because I heard it was a bit poor value for money, and it was a shame that I was assigned to a room right in front of the elevator, but it was nice because there wasn't a lot of noise.

The cleaning condition of the room and the carpet on the floor were not that good. It felt like an old hoten~ It was nice to walk to Hamdeok Beach, and the fact that there are many restaurants nearby is a compliment.

My cousin and I took a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel. The overall environment is OK. It is surrounded by a semi-wall, which feels safer than other hotels. It is not far from Hamdeok Beach and it takes 5 minutes to reach the beach. The auntie who serves the hotel's food and beverage is very considerate. There is a microwave oven, which is more considerate of Chinese people and can heat up some food. The hotel feels not crowded and very quiet. There is only one exterior photo of the hotel, and there is nothing else to take pictures of. I took some pictures of Hamdeok Beach.

It's a very nice hotel. It's very convenient to get to the beach in Hamdeok. There are a lot of restaurants around and BHC is opposite. It's so delicious. The hotel service is also good, but check-in is required at three o'clock. I booked a family room with a small balcony, which was very nice. I feel like I will be more satisfied when summer comes. It takes about 40 minutes from the city. The bus fee is only 1,150 Korean won per person. The 380 bus goes directly there and stops not far away. I took a taxi to the airport and arrived within half an hour, and it cost me 16,000 Korean won to check in.

Bottled water was provided, the twin room was comfortable, and there was a fitness center, so it was very convenient to use it with a friend. The location was really good and it was close to the beach, so it was nice. There was a lot of infrastructure for restaurants that provide delivery, and I traveled by public transportation~~
