Hotels around Tianfu Airport are consistently a reassuring and reliable option, perfect for getting a good night's rest before a flight. The only minor issue is that the soundproofing of the room doors isn't very effective. While the noise insulation from the airport and terminal itself is quite good, sounds of other guests coming and going, and their doors opening and closing, are not completely blocked out.

The hotel feels quite new, is spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet. Their airport shuttle service is a huge convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they even thoughtfully upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. I'll definitely stay here again on my next layover.

The airport hotel didn’t disappoint. I stayed at the joy hub cheers hotel once and I was impressed. This time I decided to try joy hub air (the supposedly more premium brand), and I’m even more impressed. For the price it offers, this is utter amazing value.
The service was very amicable. The first room I was given had a weird smell and the bedsheets were damp. I called in an they immediately offered to change room. I even got an upgrade. The room was huge and spacious, plus it’s really clean. You can check out the photos.
Furthermore, the breakfast selection is by far the best I had in chengdu. Not only is the selection wide, from Chinese to international, the ingredients are good too (usually I look at the salad’s cabbage section to gauge the quality, this one is thoroughly washed and fresh!) Nitpicking, the bakery section is a bit cold. I raised this point in the joy hub cheers review and it’s the same here.
Last but not least, the location is superb. 10min walk to either T1 or T2, you can’t ask for more.

Very close to the airport. Comfortable rooms. There was a strange smell in the hotel.
The staff were very helpful and helped to organise a shuttle bus to the airport very early in the morning. They even gave us a wake up call to make sure we were ready on time. There were a couple of very good restaurants within walking distance too. I recommend it for people that need to be near an airport.

I've stayed at Tianfu International Hotel several times now, primarily because of its convenient location just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The hotel also provides a dedicated shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
The lobby is very grand and opulent. The front desk staff were highly professional and welcoming, even personally escorting me to my room door.
The hotel boasts extensive grounds, featuring a massive courtyard. Naturally, the environment is superb, and it caters to all your dining and shopping needs.
The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms feature a separate wet and dry area, the bedding is plush, and the air conditioning keeps the room pleasantly cool.
The breakfast absolutely lives up to five-star standards.
I will certainly continue to choose Tianfu International Hotel for all my future trips to Chengdu.

This hotel was perfect for my stay near Tianfu International Airport—spotlessly clean rooms, super comfortable bed, great showers, and kind, professional staff. The free shuttle made getting to the airport effortless, and the location couldn’t be better with restaurants nearby. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for anyone with an early flight, overnight layover, or quick stop—it has everything you need!

Highlights first: A huge shout-out to Front Desk Manager Sky Wang! He displayed utmost professionalism, proactively upgrading me to a deluxe room (which was new, quiet, and had a thoughtfully stocked minibar). As I checked in close to midnight and most restaurant staff had finished their shifts, he went above and beyond to get me ice. His genuine dedication and warm service were truly impressive.
A serious, undeniable flaw, however: On the second day morning shift, an older female front desk staff member (who didn't introduce herself) exhibited an extremely poor attitude. This completely ruined my overall stay. Such service is utterly unacceptable for any five-star hotel!

It was a very satisfying stay. The front desk staff including Li Xia, Li Yan, Wang Fei, Wang Kai, Tian Wenyi, Zhou Hongwei, Yu Jianwen, Fang Fang, Xu Qin, Liu Yusi, etc. were very patient and meticulous. I have become a member of Ascott and will book a room at the member price next time. It is very good and I like it.
The hotel's decoration is British style, simple and low-key. Next time I come, I will recommend my friends to book this brand of hotel.
Breakfast time is 07:00-10:00. If you have purchased breakfast, you can just swipe your room card to eat at the restaurant.
Parking is free, and you don’t need to enter your license plate number, you can just drive out, which is very convenient;
It is about 2 kilometers away from the main venue of the Expo, a 25-minute walk, or an 8-10-minute taxi ride. It is about 600 meters away from the subway entrance and there is a shuttle bus directly to the venue, which is very convenient.
The room is very exquisite, the bathroom decoration is very comfortable, and there is an alarm clock with unlimited charging sockets. Thumbs up
It is a brand hotel under Ascott Singapore. The decoration style is elegant and the color matching is very beautiful. The light and shadow effect of the lobby is the highlight.
Suggestion: Improve air conditioning maintenance, the room is not soundproofed.

It was pretty hard to find the spot since there is a roadwork around, but we were lucky to find a helpful guide to show us around. The hotel itself is super new and clean, like everything is freshly installed and neat. Free airport transfers, good parking spaces right behind the building. 30 minutes from the airport. If the breakfast is included, but you leave too early, it will be prepared for you in a paper bag: buns, eggs, milk. Really thoughtful and a nice touch, I loved it.

🌟 Perfect experience! The hotel is impeccable in hygiene, cleaned meticulously every day, the environment is warm and comfortable, the lobby is fragrant, the service staff is polite and thoughtful, and responds to requests in seconds. MM50369****The transportation is very convenient. A chef will pick you up at the subway entrance. The boss is very nice. He even prepared egg bread and hot milk when I was too late to have breakfast in the morning. The small courtyard is very cozy, and the hotel environment is very good, the air is fresh, and the air conditioner works very well.
All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel and is highly recommended.
In addition, there are a lot of people checking in at Tianfu Airport. If you plan, try to arrive at the airport two hours in advance, otherwise it will be too late.

I recently stayed at Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest.
Arrived around 8.30pm on 26/10 and was immediately served w hot tea to keep ourselves warmed. Checking in was a breeze and I was very impressed with the corner table with thoughtful items for you to take in case you have forgotten to bring along during your travel.
We want to express our appreciation towards the lady staff 007, who helped us to unload the heavy luggages from our car onto the luggage trolley and even brought up to our rooms personally.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Toilet seat is always warmed up for the cold weather. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.
Breakfast was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dining area was clean and comfortable.
The location was ideal, 1/2 an hour to airport and 20mins to a local mall making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and look forward to returning in the future.

KKittyI came to Chengdu for a business trip, and my stay at the Likuan Hotel was absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I was delighted. It was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The most eye-catching feature was the huge 55-inch TV mounted on the wall, which also supported screen mirroring! After working late in the evening, I just lay down on the bed, tapped my phone, and cast a variety show directly onto the TV. It felt just like watching in my own living room! The big screen experience was so enjoyable, and all the day's fatigue just melted away.
The hotel also provides an in-room washer-dryer, which is such a thoughtful amenity. When you're on a multi-day business trip, you don't have to worry about accumulating dirty laundry. I just tossed my clothes into the machine before bed, selected the program, and by the next morning, they were fresh, dry, and ready to wear. No more laundry worries!
Dining was also incredibly convenient, as the hotel's private kitchen serves until 1 AM. I arrived at the hotel past 11 PM, and I was originally just planning to settle for instant noodles, but to my surprise, I was able to enjoy a hot, freshly stir-fried meal. Before bed, I also received a complimentary 'goodnight milk.' After one sip, I felt my sleep quality instantly improved.
Behind the hotel, there's also a massive orchard. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to visit it this trip, but I definitely want to go pick and taste some fruit on my next business trip. This hotel is so excellent, I'll definitely stay here every time I come to Chengdu from now on!

TTan chun yapFly home located around 15min from airport, my arrival was 3am in the morning. The sweet receptionist even sent me a msg make sure I arrive safe and sound, would arrange another airport transport for me to airport or train station the next day. Hotel are great. Well equipped! The store sent us to the airport at around 4 o'clock in the morning. We drove and parked in the store's parking lot (parking fee is extra, not expensive). We parked for six days. When we came back, we called the store and the store drove to pick us up again. In the future, I will stay in this hotel when I catch an early flight

We communicated through a translator, so they are very patient guys. Everything in the hotel is modest, but comfortable, and most importantly cheap, the main priority for us was when choosing where to spend the night during transit.
