I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Good variety of Chinese and western food in breakfast and in dinner buffet. Ms. Dou Qin Qin and Mr. Troy and in the restaurant speak good English and they were very helpful and supportive.

Housekeeping people are very nice. Huge hotel for attending the conference. The room is fine. Bed is comfortable. But it’s not very convenient, no restaurants, convenient stores, etc. nearby. Need to walk 20 mins to a mall. No clock in the room, the refrigerator is not cold, the weighing scale is old style, barely see the numbers.

If Shandong Mansion is rated as a five-star hotel, 95% of other hotels can only be downgraded by one level. The luxury of Chinese culture is unparalleled in details and style. The breakfast is rich and high-end, and the swan pool is pleasing to the eye. There are many high-end Chinese stores in the lobby corridor, involving custom clothing, ready-made clothes, iron pots, jade, calligraphy and painting, tea art, and Shandong specialties. The Sharp TV in the room is a bit small, but the picture quality and sound quality are excellent. The shower water flow is the unique water feeling of top-level products. The garden downstairs is enough for walking and watching for most of the day.
