A little confusing to get around the hotel... Two different elevators to go to the rooms and the ground floor... Pretty average hotel for 5 star ... No items in the mini bar in the room which is disappointing Most likely wouldn't stay here again ..

I always like staying here, the staff are friendly and calm. The only thing I’d mention was the pool, even at 8:30pm was really loud and crowded with a lot of children. But if you don’t plan on using the pool it’s a great spot. Views from the rooms, lobby and fitness room are spectacular.

It was a good stay. Room is clean and spacious. Only thing there is no spa. I stayed for 8 nights. It will be wonderful if they have spa for business people to relax.

The location of the Hotel is near the viaduct, and very convenient for transportation within Jinan City, and the Hotel is around with various of commercial organizations, a comprehensive shopping mall is within 5 minutes walking distance, where i can get all my need for living and business purpose. The hotel is well equipped, the Gym is open for 24 hours, and the swimming pool is from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.. Also the hotel staff is friendly and offering considerable service. All in all, location is convenient, well equipped with facilities, service good, environment is gorgeous, a good hotel to recommend.

The room is very big, and the room type was upgraded for free. It is clean and comfortable. The view is good. There is a shopping mall next to it, so shopping is also very convenient. I will stay here again next time.

Every time I come here, I have a different feeling. This time, because of the tight customer relationship, the front desk upgraded me to a one-bedroom apar**ent. When I entered the room, it was so spacious, with a refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen equipment. It was really suitable for family travel. The bed was also quite large and comfortable. The hotel service was also very comfortable. After checking in, the girl at the front desk immediately called the concierge on the first floor and asked them to pick me up and help guide me to the apar**ent. The handsome guy on the first floor was waiting for me at the elevator entrance early. He took my luggage and took me back to the apar**ent room. It was very considerate. However, the elevator in this hotel is quite winding. I went upstairs to check in, went downstairs to change the elevator, and then went upstairs. I felt a little dizzy. Fortunately, the service was online.
