The room facing the passenger terminal is actually a river view room. Breakfast on the top floor has a great view of the river, lake and city, and the buffet is also rich. Although the parking lot is a bit simple, there are two parking spaces in the front and back, and there are still sufficient parking spaces.

I specifically booked a room above the 18th floor, but when I arrived, I was forced to stay on the 13th floor, and they said it was a display error by Ctrip. If it was wrong, you should change it. It has nothing to do with me, right? I booked a hotel temporarily and arrived at 12:40. I was afraid that you would embarrass me, so I changed it to check in four hours earlier. As a result, when I arrived, the hotel said there were no rooms. I asked if you had not checked out or had no clean rooms. I just wanted to put down my luggage, but you told me with certainty that you had not checked out and there were not even dirty rooms. Okay, then I stood by and waited. Maybe you were annoying it, so you waited for another half an hour, and suddenly two dirty rooms appeared. I went upstairs and saw that the whole floor was empty! Boy, you are not doing well at work and you can't be promoted to lobby manager. This has nothing to do with me, right? It doesn't matter. Just give me a normal room. Is that not too much to ask? The result, haha, is just like the picture. The shower is broken, the drain is broken, and the slippers are not delivered for a long time. When asked, they said we went to the wrong room. The most important thing is that they stare at you like this, but they don't change the bedding for each guest. Sigh!

The floor attendant didn't even change the dirty sheets. The front desk had poor service awareness. When I asked how to solve this problem, they actually said to change the room for me, as if this was the solution to the problem and the greatest favor to us. The service industry has this kind of awareness. If you don't realize the root of the problem, improving service is just empty talk. How can you retain repeat customers? If you go to Mount Lushan, this hotel is very convenient. You can take the earliest bus to the cableway the next day. It is also very close to the Xunyang Tower by the river. In the afternoon, I also went to Jiujiang Museum by bus. There is a big mirror inside the curtain of the hotel. I like it very much. However, there seems to be no sandals. It may be that I didn't find them. There was karaoke before 12 o'clock. Nothing else
