The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

The hotel is a isolated but hugh hotel yet cosy. All staff are very friendly however some lack professional training from management to take the service to 5 star service. Main thing all of them are generally down to earth and always smiling. The rooms are spacious and the showers are the best. The food is mostly vegetarian with few options for non vegetarian. However the chef team is always there to cater to any additional requests you have. Try the mutton dishes and also the restaurant team is always quick and helpful for service. Few of the team member there who took extra care of me are Ananya, shivani, priyanka, sanjana , omar makes some awesome fresh lime soda. Chef ajay if always going the extra mile to make your dinner special 😋.

Excellent customer service especially at the restaurant. Very helpful and kind. Priyanka and Ganga were great helping with breakfast as I am new to the food The food choices are well put together and good ambiance. The quality of the restaurant is good too

Hotel is fantastic with soothing ambience and coming on the food it’s always fabulous. The staff was very impressive with their service. Chef Ajay Bhatt ***** with Chef Ajeem and service by Shivani. Food with the Starter and Main course was fantastic ***** with Deserts. Overall it was great experience.

Had a wonderful time at Radisson Kandla. It’s the epitome of hospitality; Chef Ajay, Chef Ashish, Sakhendu (service) were extremely helpful and accommodating. I had special dietary requests which they fulfilled happily. Amazing stay!
