Hello! I stayed from November 5 to November 14, 2023. In general, the hotel is not bad, the food is good, (many thanks to the cook) the sea is not far away, the center is nearby, everything is within walking distance. The staff is responsive! The room is good! Of the minuses, the cleaning, both in the room and at the hotel, is poor...the tables are practically not wiped, it’s dirty under the tables! Bartenders, well done guys 👍The music is also excellent for every taste, thanks especially! I enjoyed my vacation, thank you all very much for your hard work!! We were lucky with the weather, the sea was warm and the sun was warm!! 🌴☀🌊

Check-in: We arrived in the evening, received our keys, and went up to our room. The room was extremely small, and the bed was uncomfortable with springs digging into us. The shower was a struggle to operate, and the refrigerator was not working. When I went down to the reception, the second manager promised that a specialist would come in the morning to fix the refrigerator. The hotel had terrible sound insulation, as every noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. It felt like the walls were made of cardboard covered with tiles in the bathroom or simply plastered in the bedroom. Due to these issues, we had difficulty falling asleep. The next day, we had to change rooms by lunchtime. They charged us an additional $5, claiming that the staff was too busy to clean our room (even though our first room remained vacant for another 4-5 days). The refrigerator specialist never showed up. Surprisingly, the refrigerator in the second room was also faulty. Additionally, the electronic key slot often didn't respond, and we had to play around with the key to find the right position to activate the electricity. Food: Breakfast: Once a week, we had fairly tasty pancakes, but for the rest of the week, it was just eggs (boiled or fried), potatoes with eggplants, and cheap store-bought cookies. Lunch: The options included chicken, stewed vegetables, pasta, and potatoes, but the vegetable selection was limited to cucumbers, tomatoes, and grated carrots. The fruit options were even more limited, with watermelon, sour plums, and oranges. The desserts were tasteless and monotonous, resembling either soufflés or some unknown creations. Dinner: It was essentially the same as lunch, with the addition of grilled dishes (meat and fish) that were quite tasty. In reality, every day, every meal was served on the same plate with no variety. There were salads that nobody touched - seriously. I would come for dinner early, and when I left, I would see untouched salads, even though everyone else was already eating. Never had a baklava! There. wasn't. any baklava. in Turkey! There were two beverage vending machines, but one of them was completely out of order for several months, as I found out from reviews. They claimed to have hot chocolate, but there was no actual chocolate. The tea selection was practically nonexistent. Bar: The bar offered wine, gin, vodka, raki, whiskey, beer, Sprite, and Cola. Unfortunately, the bar staff had poor language skills and didn't understand the word "cocktail." Even if they did, forget about cocktails. The most they could offer was whiskey mixed with cola, as there were no other ingredients available. Pool: There were two pools - a large one and a small one that resembled a jacuzzi. Strangely, the small pool operated all night, disturbing sleep for those on the lower floors. Beach: The walk to the beach took approximately 10 minutes. The beach area was crowded, with limited space between sun loungers. The mattress pads on the lou

Don’t know where to begin… Food was awful! barely any choices, meat was dry, clearly cheapest they can get. ‘fresh vegetables’ we dried up. Two fruit choices- watermelon and plum that weren’t ready to eat yet. The eating area was bad- tables dirty, they didn’t even have any cups, handed out little plastic ones. No drinks until 7?? and then only beer and wine, both also not nice. Dirty laundry and towels laying around in the corridors for hours on end- smelling like sweat. Reception not willing to help much, a/c stopped working and we had to wait for almost an hour (outside at reception, since they took out key. We travelled through the night and were exhausted and it was very late. We initially were supposed to stay there for seven nights, but ended up leaving to another hotel after the first night, it was NOT worth the money at all. do.not.recommend

The hotel’s license needs to be revoked, it cannot provide tourist services! I paid for 8 days in this hotel, a Turkish woman who introduced herself as the director of the Astoria Hotel began shouting at me upon check-in: “Who are you to be given a good room?” I replied, how dare you shout at me, I’m a hotel client. She began to insult me and shout “get out”! I ran to call the tourist police, a hotel employee caught up with me and started shouting that we will testify against you, you will not achieve anything. What terrible dishonesty!!!!! I paid for my stay. Shocked by the insults and inappropriate behavior of the hotel director, photo attached. I took a video of this woman’s insults, screams and rudeness and sent it to the Russian company that I paid for this hotel. I couldn’t check in. I’ve been coming to Turkey for 20 years, but the hotel staff shouted to the hotel client “Who are you???”” I have never seen such inappropriate behavior anywhere. This woman needs to be isolated from society, and not allowed to work with people.

We rested at the end of October, beginning of November 23. Unfortunately, it was very very dirty. It's dirty everywhere: in the room, in the restaurant, in the bathhouse, on the beach. The rooms have such a shower that you don’t want to wash, and it’s the same in the bathhouse. In a restaurant, dirty floors, chairs, tables, you go up to the bar, and there is a stench, you lose the desire to take something. One can only guess what is going on in the kitchen, but we have all had rotavirus. Such a beautiful sea and mountains, and it’s so unpleasant to see it on the beach, where there are rusty umbrellas, a changing room made of old rags, the bar is dirty and smelly, and the toilets are worse than at the station. On the plus side: the hotel staff is friendly and responsive, they try to help with any request or problem, they checked in instantly (we arrived at 10.00 am), they change towels and linen.

Hotel with a convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the sea. The beach is very small, sometimes it was impossible to lie down on a sun lounger. The food is generally good, but monotonous. The room was cleaned very poorly - dust, dirt and hair were simply smeared on the floor and that was all. We were checked into a terrible room with a view of the construction grid; to all requests to be moved to another room, the administrator reacted strangely, and naturally did not move us. So we lived in this terrible dirty room with a “beautiful” view. This of course left a bad impression.

We rested with friends in May 2023. I liked the hotel, quiet, calm, very comfortable. They settled quickly, the administrator Nabi, speaks excellent Russian, showed us everything and told us. Offered to eat on the road. Nabi throughout the rest, was very attentive, always with a smile, you can contact him with any question. We had a problem with the safe, he fixed it in 5 minutes. A very responsible worker! During the day, Irina, a calm, friendly woman, works at the reception. The staff is friendly and welcoming Many times we rested in other hotels, but such an attitude towards vacationers is far from always. The food is varied. The chefs are trying. Every day something new and delicious. In the bar you can choose your drinks for every taste. The rooms are cleaned every day. We went to the hammam and massage. Masseur Hassan, he has a miracle of hands!!! I recommend 100% We will definitely return to this cozy hotel, with such cool employees!
