The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The location is convenient as it is near the train station. I also had a great breakfast there.

Far from the center of Kobe/Sannomiya so do not expect the area to be busy. Also the hotel has started to show its age but no complaints considering the very attractive price point.

The check-in process was fast - I arrived a few minutes before 10pm so was relieved that someone was there. The room was compact but comfortable. Had all the basics like kettle and towels. The location is walking distance to many temples and restaurants so very convenient. The walking path from the hotel starts with a quiet narrow street. It's also near public transit including JR train for connection to other major cities. There isn't any meal service onsite but there's a kiosk in the lobby so you can grab a snack, if needed. The common areas are well kept and room was clean. I was on an upper floor and there isn't a remarkable view. It's convenient that the windows open and there is a thermostat on the wall so you can regulate the temperature.

Most of the reviews here are the same, the price is favorable, and the location is very good. It's just outside the North Exit of Hyogo Station, right opposite the high-rise building. It's a short walk away. Excellent! There are supermarkets and *****tores nearby, and Wangjiang Dumplings is just downstairs, so you don’t have to worry about not having anything to eat. There is also Fukukai Temple and a shrine near Hyogo Station where you can take a stroll. The procedure is very simple and the service attitude is very good. The room is really big and the equipment is a bit old, but it's clean and good. All kinds of washing supplies are provided, and hot water is sufficient. The environment is quite quiet. Except for the old carpet, everything else is very nice. Very satisfied👍

The appearance and room are very beautiful. The indoor LED display is also made by new Sony. This is an amazing price for two people to stay.

The check-in process at the front desk was quite unpleasant. Check out was very nice. The room was large and I was able to relax. The TV is also big. There were few amenities.

The hotel prices in Japan are a bit harsh during the holidays, nearly three times the normal price. This hotel is quite shabby, the refrigerator in the room is very noisy, and the carpet is extremely dirty. Fortunately, it is relatively close to the JR station, so travel is convenient.
