We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We cold not have picked a better location. The Ascot was around the corner from Tivoli Gardens, The Hop on Hop off buses, and great restaurants. The hotel itself was very well appointed and despite small rooms, it was convenient and had all the amenities we needed. The only suggestion I would have is to bring rubber soled slippers or sandals for the bathroom and shower which tend to be very slippery. Safety bars in the shower might also be helpful especially for us old folks. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Very friendly staff.

It's very good. It takes ten minutes to walk to the train station. The service is very good and the facilities are also very good. It's convenient to go to various attractions~

A very nice property & a lovely stay in Copenhagen. The location was perfect for me & my partner. It’s within walking distance of SO many great places to eat & things to see. ø12 is at the top of the road & the brunch is 10/10! next door is a ramen place which was also delicious!
The hotel room itself wasn’t great. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe Double’ but the room was tiny. We struggled with 2 large suitcases & 2 cabin cases as there was no room to open them apart from in the doorway to the room. The bathroom was also SO small. It was just a shower & toilet with the basin being outside in the bedroom. It was just disappointing as the picture made the rooms look spacious.
The hotel staff were very nice though, we forgot our travel adapters & they happily gave us two for our stay.
When we return to Copenhagen sadly I don’t think we would stay here again.

The hotel isnlocated in a very convinient location. The main area is very well decorated and it catches your eye. However, the rooms need a big upgrade. Staring from the squicking floors to the small pillows and the short curtains. Not a good value for money.

I would describe this hotel experience as aggressively mediocre. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and you enter a very stylish lobby area with a beautifully decorated bar area.
Unfortunately, the rooms do not match the quality of the common areas of the hotel. We were in a small, but perfectly okay hotel room. A bit strangely designed as the bathroom sink was located in the hallway, right by the exit door, and not in the bathroom. The room made the impression that it had been surface washed, but not particularly thoroughly. The toilet could use an extra scrub and the desk in the room was sticky. The hotel also has a practice of not cleaning your room unless you leave a note before 0900 in the morning. They justify this with environmental and climate considerations. Fair enough, but seems more like a cost-saving measure than anything else and not something I associate with good service. The cleanliness of the rooms was generally poor.
We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. Good selection and good food at a very affordable price.

The hotel is lovely and in a great position. What really made me dislike the hotel is their policy that the guest has to book cleaning every day(or put the lable on the door) asking for cleaning service. The perks of staying in a hotel is to have your bed done, garbage thrown out and to get clean towels, and I do not mean that it is ok to leave the room in a mess aboslutely not. It is just this nice rest you get and this extra comfort - and now all hotels talk about sustainability but it is not about that. It is cost saving for the hotel and I think it takes away a bit the magic and the comfort in your vacation. But that´s just my opinion.

Gorgeous cosy interiors, helpful staff, loved the added extra of umbrellas! Only thing that would have been nice would have been if the tea and coffee (pods) in the room had come free of charge as would have enjoyed a cup in the mornings!
Otherwise it was fab!
