the location is convenient near the station & convenience stores..i like the room because they have extra space for the baggage..breakfast buffet was good。 we visited spring season, aircon/heater is centralize 、guest cannot adjust the temperature inside the room

The location is excellent, just across the crosswalk from the station plaza at the south exit of Kochi Station. Dinner options are scattered around Kochi Station, near Harimaya Bridge, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast venue overlooks the station plaza. Breakfast time was also convenient, as we used the circular bus to Katsurahama Beach and made it in time for the first bus. The bus to the airport also leaves from the north exit of the station, making it close and convenient.

It's in front of the station so you can find anything you need. There's also a microwave and ice maker, which was very helpful. It's also great that there's a supermarket and convenience store nearby.

The location is very convenient. The only exception is that you need to book a time in advance for breakfast and the breakfast is only 45 minutes away. It’s very rushed! The 3-person room is very spacious and the sofa chair is first-class!

It is convenient because it is easy to reach in front of the station, and there is a supermarket and a convenience store nearby. The room is large and the price is very reasonable, so it is a bargain.

The hotel doesn't have a website that is easy to find in English so we went through a travel agency to make reservations. Weren't sure what we would get. Our point of comparison are Japanese business hotels which we presumed this was. However, while costing a bit more, the rooms were large with a separate shower area from the sink. Great view of station. Choice of no daily cleaning but fresh towels delivered daily. Breakfast has 45 min seating times. Nice Japanese breakfast selection. We stayed 3 days and there was a slight variation each day. While location is most convenient to the station and surroundings, the main tourist areas, e.g. Sunday market, are about a 15 min easy walk. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The staff in this small hotel are pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet but the breakfast was disappointing with little choice for western guests. The J R station is a one minute walk away

I chose it because of the location. The room was larger than I expected, and the bed was firm enough for me. Is the bathroom a normal size? When I checked out, my main goal was to get to the airport early in the morning, but I was surprised by the wide selection of breakfast options. The inside of the hotel was very clean and the coin laundry was easy to use. I will stay here next time I come to Kochi.

When I made the reservation, there was no option for smoking or non-smoking, so I thought I would stay in a non-smoking room, but it turned out to be a smoking room and I couldn't change it. The smell of nicotine and tar was awful for two days. Also, the room air conditioner was not working properly, so I never want to stay in that room again. However, the breakfast was reasonable and good.

When you get off Kochi Station and pass the station square, the accommodation will be right in front of you. I think there are pros and cons to choosing to stay in front of the station or near Harimaya Bridge. This time I tried it in front of the station. Far away from downtown. The room is relatively spacious, comfortable and relaxing. There is a lot of traffic, but there is no noise. Is it a good location if you travel by JR? Also, there's a certain elegance to walking there from the downtown area to soothe your sobriety. I think it's a good hotel with good cost performance.

When you get off at Kochi Station, you can see it directly in front of the statue of Ryoma and his friends. There is no need to look for it, it feels like you are in front of the station. The room is a little old, but it is clean and disinfectant alcohol is provided, which is nice. The breakfast was also good.
