Not friendly to Chinese people. An older waitress in the restaurant asked for a tip at breakfast and complained when it was not given to her. In addition, there is a charge for chairs on the beach.

If you come to Koh Chang, I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are very enthusiastic and have very good service attitude. The rooms are also very clean, the exclusive beach view is beautiful, and the most important thing is the price is fair and reasonable.

I am referring to their Beach bar...such edible array of foods, I had their basic chicken burger with salad n fries and my Thai partner had some of the the freshest n spicy seafood around. My small bottle( small important cos many aces will only serve you a large...) Was cold n served with with a cooler. So hard to find a place with a constant sea breeze, especially in humidity riddled Bangkok n surrounds. So noticeable even from just across the bay in Trat. Yesterday in Trat was 39c n the app said felt like 47c....!? This beach bar was a pleasant 32c with the breeze.worth trying if you are on Koh Chang.
