Titan Select Hotel Ultra All Inclusive

This hotel is NOT a 5 star hotel!! Me and my husband booked this hotel hoping it will be really good. We've been to other 5 star hotels in Turkey - Alanya/antalya which were amazing. Firstly we arrived at 3am in the morning and although the room was clean, it's tiny and the bathroom is so small. The shower pressure is terrible and the flush doesn't work properly. It doesn't flush the toilet issues. The room had no kettle which was not convenient as we came with a baby. Secondly, we were woken up at 9am by the rep for excursions which after a long journey and arriving so late this is not nice. He called twice and we told him our baby is sleeping so he then said to meet at 1pm. We didn't see him in the reception on our way into the lunch hall but he then came and found us and told us he'll wait for us outside. On our way out I noticed him and we said as we're with a baby we won't be doing excursions. He was rude but said that he came in the morning and waited for us and if this was the case he could have gone to his other customers. I didn't find what he said rude but rather the fact that the whole situation was inconsiderate and felt abit forced and we felt we were being bothered. The next day, we requested for kettle and baby bath which they did give so that was good. Baby bath will not fit into the shower so we had to give our baby a bath standing up. We woke up in the afternoon and went to check out the food. Let's just say disappointment was an understatement. They barely had anything. Horrible, bland food. Most stuff was just boiled. If you love smelly food then go for it. Only few options. Some of the food tasted off. The drinks tasted flat and not like the normal soft drinks you get on holiday. We opted for all inclusive as we usually do so this was really really annoying for us. Again the same situation for dinner. We ended up just filling our tummy with chips. The second day again we went for lunch and I found a FLY in my chicken wrap. I was so annoyed and called over a waitress who called the floor manager. All he did was take my plate away. No apology, nothing. I was expecting him to come back and at least apologise but he didn't, he saw me walk out and again just gave me a little smile and nod. You have to go up and get your drinks- the waiters and waitresses do not come to you. (Not that we expected it but was abit strange as they did this in other resorts we went to). Also felt like the bar staff prioritised the European/ non ethnic people first. Also people are quite rude and jump the queue to get their drinks without consideration that you're also waiting to be served. We decided we won't be eating the food other than maybe the breakfast and if really hungry then the snacks at the snack bar. The staff barely speak a word of English and only understand basic words. Also wanted to mention that WiFi is free but not great unless you're in the main lobby. The location is good, shops nearby and malls. However it is a few minutes walk

Hotel staff friendly and accommodating with lots of different entertainment at night for adults and kids. Food was mostly catered for Eastern Europeans. If you are looking to pamper yourself then I highly recommend the Spa, especially the Turkish bath before sunbathing is a must. Sinai is an excellent member of staff and very informative on all sorts of services with lots of ENERGY. Salah, physio therapist is amazing with his hands and recommends different massages to cater for your physical needs and health benefits. The two female masseuse from Bali are great with their hands too and very friendly. Beautiful atmosphere altogether and would definitely recommend to all.

Food not good catered more towards East Europeans etc . Staff not very friendly & entertainment we found by chance , We arrived at hotel about 4 am only for staff to wake me up due to 8am phone call , then hassled in to buying excursion by rep as he was going in holiday

The hotel, the people, the animation and the feeling here is so good! Feels like having a little family here! The animation is always in a good mood and being very friendly! Big commendation! Many thanks for the good vacation!

We had a fantastic time , the hotel was very clean, all the staff were very pleasant, the pool was nice and clean, food was nice , my family enjoyed there stay at the hotel. We will be going back next year again

Team are very good , night show excellence, friendly helpful staff. Bar staff always very good . Hotel is great experience and would not hesitate to go back and would recommend to all my friends and family

Titan select hotel is a great fit for everyone that’s looking to relax and a have a good time. The service was excellent and so was the food most of the time. One of the nice features of this hotel was the animation team. The entertainment was nice.
