Budget hotel for a few nights. Was not given a room with window that I booked. Only good thing is the location.

I regretted staying there for two days. The price is about the same as the Signature Hotel opposite. The facilities and environment are much worse. There is no elevator. The bed has stains and hair. The towels smell bad. The plaster on the ceiling is falling off. I asked about the charger left behind but there was no response.

It's a hostel environment. You won't find a worse room than this. It's very small, has no windows, and the air conditioner is very noisy. I couldn't find anyone when I came back to check in again on the last night. It was terrible.
